We had a great experience
We had a great experience, Rory attended to us straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. This was our second visit, we had exactly the same experience. Our first visit was with an elderly friend of ours who was very nervous to venture out. He made her feel at ease. We will highly recommend.

I popped in from Hong Kong asking if someone can help me tighten my sunglasses and Rory kindly offered to assist complimentary. This is wonderful service and I will be back and recommending Leightons to my Marlow friends :)

Solutions & Efficiency
Rory greeted me with a smile and options. He was confident he could help repair my glasses, but carefully talked to me about the risk of breakage. He was kind, informed, efficient and he repaired my glasses in less than 5 minutes! Makes me want to tell people to go there and go back myself. Thanks Rory!!

Excellent service
My appointment was on time and wasn't rushed. Ash was professional and friendly, and explained everything clearly and carefully. There wasn't any pressure to buy and I left feeling informed and understood.

Superb eye care!
I booked an Eye test on-line (a very easy process).
The examination started on-time and was very thorough. Rupinder explained each step and discussed the results at the end.
Dan went through the types of lenses which could meet my needs and showed me a range of frames.
This company was highly rated in a recent Which? magazine report and it fully deserves the accolade.

How refreshing to find a company who care…
How refreshing to find a company who actually care about their customers. Dan was friendly and professional when I asked if he could change the pads on my new Tiffany glasses which although I hadn’t actually bought them there he was happy to do.
That’s what I call great service.

Have been a loyal and very happy customer ever since we moved to Marlow. Incredibly helpful and friendly Staff and from the time you walk through the door, you can just tell you are in good hands! I'm not a client of theirs YET but
I'm not a client of theirs YET but, I dropped in because Lindberg list them as my nearest supplier and my current optician couldn't help me with nose pads and arm end caps for my two pairs of rimless Lindberg specs.
I was fully expecting to pay for the parts and/or order them.
Dan served me and was charming, friendly and helpful. He replaced the parts on both pairs on the spot but wouldn't take any money, saying it's just what they do!
I was so impressed by the appearance of the branch and the overall experience. Definitely going to use them in future.

Always great service, along with expert guidance and testing at Leightons.
