Worst company in the entire world. Sent wrong size/pants. Not just 1 pair but 2 pair…$88. Won’t return calls or emails. I wouldn’t even pay $5 for the jeans I received. STAY FAR AWAY!

These come from China, and take forever to get them.
They subtly try to con you into thinking you are getting Judy Blue jeans, which are MUCH better.

These jeans are junk. Very thin, not true to size, and of poor quality. Even worse is the customer service. Their website claims money back guarantee, but you can't get a response from them once you order the items.

I’ve been emailing and calling since the day my order arrived to get return information because the jeans did not fit. No response at all!!! Going on week 2 now

Poorly made Jeans and even worse customer service! Jeans are not at all what they are described as. Poor fit, no stretch, sizing is off, and cheap material. They refuse to respond to my request for a refund.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The quality is terrible and the sizing is completely off! They make it so hard to get in contact with them. They will not answer the phone and they won't respond to my multiple emails. I just want my refund and they won't write me or call me back. Waste of my money! I will make sure to let all my friends and family know to not buy from them.

Order the holy grail jeans. Literally went straight in the trash. Looked like they were made in a back alley. Don’t wait your money!!!! Can’t even return!

First it took weeks to get my order. Then the jeans I ordered were junk. Thin fabric, bad sizing, cheap zipper, no tummy control like advertised. Then they were impossible to deal with. They know they are sending out junk and assume the customer will get worn out trying to get the refund they are due.

I just received one pair of sweats (of the two I ordered) I have been waiting for from Legletics for almost 6 weeks, and you have got to be kidding me. They are so basic and no way would ever fit a grown man age 18 to 25 as they advertise on their website. There is no way he could get them on they are so small. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about Legletic and I am going to warn all my family and friends to never buy anything from the Legletic website. Complete SCAM and they shouldn't be able to get away with this. We will be giving these sweapants to charity and I will never order from their website again. Note: I did file a complaint with BBB and the FTC. Update: I also opened a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants that did not fit, and also, were very poor quality fabric unlike the brand I thought I was ordering.

I contacted the company about how to return and receive a refund and have been getting the run-around. I would not order from this company again.

First, I was told the sweatpants would arrive in a few days. It took a month and it came from China (which I did not know before ordering). I ordered a large but the paints were way too small. Second, I discovered there was no way to contact Legletic to return the item. The return button does not work. I left a phone message and no one returned my call. I wasted 43.94. I have no way of getting in touch with these people.

Everything everyone said here is absolutely true about the service from this company. It was all of my experience. I regretted not checking the reviews before I ordered. I would never again. When I finally got the pants they weren’t even the right colors!

Just want to thank the people that took the time to write reviews for this company. I came within inches of ordering and suddenly I thought to seek out reviews. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I regret not looking up Legetic review prior to placing my order. On 12/18/23 I placed an order for a size medium jogging pants for my wife. She always wears a size medium. When they arrived they felt like a size small. After multiple email and attempted phone calls, I feel like I have been "Stone-Walled"

This so called company is a SCAM. I should have read reviews. I ordered a pair of jeans and the quality is poor and size not accurate. When u contact them, they send the same email over and over again. I asked them for a return address and so far no response. They give u 30 days to return but no return address is provided. I'm reporting them to the BBB. Also reporting them to PayPal.

The company did not email me to let me know when the product was coming so after a few weeks I assumed it would not come, then one day it randomly arrived at my house. So the product came and was what I ordered. So in summary the customer service is not good but they get the product to you regardless.

I just read a review. I wish I had read it before ordering. I ordered 2 pairs of pants about $40 each. Both were the same size and size recommended on their chart. One pair fit the other did not. A PERSON JUST KEEPS GETTING THE SAME EMAIL AND THAT ASKS YOU TO PUT YOUR RESPONSE ABOVE THEIR LINE. YOU DO THAT AND GET THE SAME TYPE OF EMAIL BACK. I HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN SUPPOSEDLY. I requested a return authorization the day after I received the product twice(specifically asking for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. This was on 1-27-23. I still have not received an answer. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN. If I had paid through Paypal they would have disputed it for me. (good learning lesson-if they have Paypal use it, if they don't use paypal, don't order.

As others have said, DO NOT order from this site. My son wanted sweatpants and found them on the site. It was getting close to Christmas so I went ahead and ordered without really looking into the site. This was December 13. I ordered a size Large. Initially, there was the shipping run around. I contacted "customer service" via email, in fact TWO separate email addresses, and got no reply. I then called the number associated with the site, it was for a medical alert device.

THANKFULLY ... I used PayPal for this purchase. After explaining the lack of response and the shady phone number, my money was immediately sent back by PayPal.

And it was only AFTER that, that I heard from the "company." They were apologetic, and even sent me instructions on how to remove my complaint with PayPal and then sent shipping information as well. I did not remove the complaint.

Humorously, the sweat pants arrived today, January 2. The "wide legged, baggy, loose" sweatpants in size Large, wouldn't fit my son. They wouldn't fit his nine year old step sister. They were so small, they were skinny legged and they were FUR lined. Really quite cozy for a five year old I would guess.

We'll be donating them to charity. This site is such a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Order took over 30 days to receive and was not what I order. You can not return because they will not answer your emails except a standard email telling you their policy. Have called telephone number and left messages and still no reply. There are no invoice in package and no return labels either. I order November 20 and received December 22.

I thought I was buying one particular product and it turned to be a cheap version.
Customer service is non existent. Emails and requests for a return label are ignored. Managed to leave 2 messages
and was never contacted except for automated emails.

Company sucks!! My vote is avoid this place.

Ordered weeks ago. Order was confirmed but no further communication from company despite multiple requests for an update. Customer service is apparently nonexistent.
