I was scammed!!! I ordered 2 pair of their "stretch " jeans. They are not. The size was a lot smaller than the tag said it was. The quality is zero. They are just crap! They wouldn't email me about returning the jeans. I just wanted to be done with them so I threw them in the trash. The aren't even worth donating. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, I wish I could leave no stars. BUYER REALLY BE AWARE!!! I can't believe they're allowed to stay in business.

I have been waiting for a month for a return authorization. 5 emails, no response. They keep texting to buy more stuff though. I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit company. Maybe that will get their attention.

Placed an order for Christmas, never received item, looks like it comes from China not Canada as they would have you think, name changes, never a response to my questions, only receive a “ form” letter with all my emails, no call number available..,, this place is a SCAM!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Now we are having to get our bank involved!!!! I just want my money back you POS!!!!!!

I really wanted to copy complaint from a reviewer named Heather who placed purchase on 2/28/2024 because I had the same experience as she had.

Fraudulent Seller!. I placed order 3/3/24, seller website and social media seemed legitimate and active. i regret not searching here too before placing order with this company. Location listed as California USA in multiple places on website. Shipping page states orders are shipped USPS and delivery 5-8 days. Listings mimic Judy Blue brand jeans for sale. Found out early morning 3/5 that seller is a scammer, located in China not USA, doesn’t sell real Judy Blue jeans and ships complete junk fakes, sometimes doesn’t ship at all, doesn’t answer phone or reply to emails. They delete negative reviews on social media and website. Tons of fraud and scam stories are here, Reddit, and other scam alert websites. Sent two emails to seller on 3/5 stating to cancel my order immediately (order had not shipped and I was within terms of seller’s cancellation policy) No response to my emails but they are spamming my email account nonstop. Tried phone, no answer. Received shipment email today, 3/11, and shipper is in China NOT California or even the USA as purported. Filed claim with Paypal, but it was closed since Legletic finally provided shipping info. Received jeans on 3/30. They are complete garbage. Definitely NOT Judy Blue jeans and honestly not even real jeans at all. Weird, thin, flimsy, unlined "denim" material. Weird flare bell bottom legs; not bootcut as described and pictured. Sizing is ridiculously off. Filing new Paypal claim.

On 2/28/24 I purchased 3 pairs of jeans from Legletic.com for $130.00 (included tax, shipping and gratuity) after about a month I finally received the products.
Firstly,it took a MONTH to get my order. The website leads one to belive they are buying Judy Blue Jeans. They are in fact not. There are no discerning brand labels.
Secondly, the quality of construction is atrocious. One pair didn't have a button hole, only embroidery that looked like one. The pockets are sewn nearly completely closed. And the stiching at the seams are sticking out all over the place.
Lastly, I emailed Legletic.com (only form of contact they have) to inform them of the issues and start the return/refund process on March 19. I received and automated response informing me of their policies. On March 20th I took several pictures of the products and emailed them with the explanations and asked for a refund. To date I have yet to hear anything back. I believe they are avoiding the email as to not have to honor their return/refund policy of 30 days from receipt of goods. This is a scam business.

Do not buy from this company unless you're sure you want to keep the item. There is no customer service or returning. The quality is poor! I finally just had to give up and keep pants I probably won't wear.

Terrible, terrible experience with this company. Will not buy from them again. My purchase came from China, not the US, as their company projects from their site (California). The package took a long time to arrive (the Shop app thinks it's still in China), and I had to email them (the info@ address), only to get 2/3 bounce back emails claiming my email to them had a virus. Same thing with my email about needing to return because they're not true to size. I'm writing this off. Waste of time and money.

They dont respond when asking for a refund. I opened a case with PayPal. They asked me to close it and they would send me a return authorization. I haven't heard from them since and cannot reopen the case with Paypal

I received a pair of pants that were below expectations in fit and quality. I have not been able to get a response regarding a refund from the company so I reported a problem to PayPal. The company then contacted me, asking me to cancel the report and work with them directly. They want me to return the item and if they find it to be in good shape they will refund me. I said No, I’ll go through PayPal. It’s been 5 weeks so far. Do not order from them- there is NO customer service!

I ordered pants from this Company. I wear XL in everything i wear. When these arrvied they might me a medium. Now I can not get any help from them on a return authorization nor will they return any of my emails. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I am now stuck with 2 pairs of Medium pants I can not wear.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants from Legletics in January 2024. I received more order within one month. I decided to return them. I have emailed them on 3 different occasions to send me a return postage. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RETURN POSTAGE. I am furious with this company and recommend not buying from them

I ordered a pair of pants that looked nothing like the picture. I can't get them to respond to my emails for a return. Don't buy from them. I thought they were a legit American company.

I ordered the Legletic Holy Grail jeans -- two pairs. Took about two months to receive. The jeans are very poor quality. They don't have a size on them, no tags, NOTHING. I emailed the company several times with no response. I only receive lots of SPAM email from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am terribly disappointed. I was looking forward to my purchase for vacation attire. So sad.

Don’t order!! Horrible , false products! Takes forever and the jeans are a joke!! One star is one too many!

I only gave them one star because I had to. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans on February 4. I emailed twice and didn't receive any communications back besides the standard return email that it takes them 1-3 business days to respond. I finally recived a shipping confirmation on February 20. It's now March 9 and the tracking says the package is still in China, I can't say what the quality of the product is, but the customer support and the shipping time is horrible. I hope they fit because I can't imagine how the return process would go. Waste of time and money. The website says that their products ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 5-8 business days. So far it has taken 16 days to process and shipped 18 days ago.

I wish I had read the reviews of this company. I'm stuck with two pair of pants that I can't wear and no responds from the company to send them back and
so return or refund of my money. My next step is to call my bank and try and get my funds returned. SO DISAPPONTED!

If I could give a negative star I would. I ordered 20 days ago. I’ve wrote emails for 10 days with nothing more than an automated reply
The service is junk with the automated email that says will get back to you in 1-3 days. I am more than disappointed with the service. Actually disgusting with no customer service and automated email reply.
Don’t buy from here. You’ll never get your order or a reply to your email.

I have been trying to return these jeans for over a month. They will not respond. I opened a case with PayPal and PayPal closed the case stating that Legletic said I didn’t return the jeans. How can I return the jeans if they won’t give me a return authorization. They were very quick to respond to PayPal though. Total scammers. Buyer beware! Do not purchase from Legletic.
