I am really rating this a big ZERO! I placed the order a month ago and it has not yet shipped. I tried to cancel the order but they did not respond. IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM~

Like so many others I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered and I would not have purchased two pairs of sweat pants for my husband. They are too small and made of a fabric that looks and feels like plastic. I have sent two emails requesting info on returning these items but no response yet and now I don't expect one. My advice to any possible consumers, save your money and avoid the headaches - don't shop with this company.

I just put my order in today and I’m already sad because of reading all the reviews. Sure wished I read this first. I wouldn’t of bothered now the waiting game of what I’m gonna get why can’t people just be honest with their business the Better Business Bureau should shut this place down if these reviews are true

I ordered four pairs of jeans from Legletic on October 14, 2024. Today is November 24 and I still have not received my jeans. I've contacted them by email four times already, and I'm done! Monday I'm going to my bank to contest their $137 charge. As I see it that's wire fraud.
I wish I'd read all the reviews, because all the other people have gotten items that were nowhere near the correct size or even the item they ordered. Legletic scammed everybody who dealt with them!

They scammed me. I ordered Judy Blue jeans and leggings, they were from the dollar tree basically. No brand name, and they weren't even the sizes I ordered. They also say $8 shipping, but they reused a shipping label and I had to pay $13. There is no refund, no one responds. DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered 2 pairs of sweatpants. They did not fit properly, nor was the material thick enough for what I needed. I have made 4 separate requests for returning/refund instructions with ZERO response at all...except for promotional emails at least 3 times weekly. (I will unsubscribe as soon as this debacle is over!) As far as I'm concerned at this point, I feel this company has my money that doesn't belong to them! I am sharing my experience in hopes of recouping my money, but also, so others don't have the displeasure of my experience!

I order September 13, 2024. My Jeans arrived October 8th. They are the thinnest Jean material I have ever seen and forget boot cut as ordered, they are straight leg. No labels on them. And they were not cheap. No tracking available and when you call their customer service, there is one person for it sounds like several companies, or fake companies. She asked which company I ordered from. And was still unable to give me a tracking number that was real. I think they must order from Temu and resell everything at triple the price. Live and learn.

What's so aggravating, is not just that Leglectic is one huge scam.. it's that the banks even enable them. In spite of reams of evidence that I'd been scammed.. CHASE BANK refused to reverse the charges.. so I'm out $50 for having neglected to read reviews of yet another Chinese Scam.. (They sent me junk and told my bank.. 'We sent her merchandise', which was true.. they sent me 'merchandise'.. some junk that was not even a close facsimile to the product I ordered.. And Chase said 'Great!' "Case Closed'.. And.. I"m shoppping for a new bank.

Similar to many reviews here: first, the order arrived in 3 weeks. I would not have ordered if I had known in advance. Second, the pants that arrived were the wrong ones. I ordered below the knee trousers, what came was full length baggy draw string pants. I received zero responses to my emails from their Customer Service. Should have read the reviews first.

I wouldn’t even put a 1 star, I’d choose negatives! This company is complete bs, and I’ve been without the pants for a month. Customer service is sh-t! Definitely should’ve read reviews before ordering🤦‍♀️ stay away from this company!!

BUYERS STAY AWAY! It is not worth the headache. Seems they send you whatever they want instead of what you actually order. Then when you want to return/exchange or refund you keep contacting them and receiving same auto reply that does nothing to help you. This will keep going on until you are past the 30 day return window.

JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY.

Hopefully my bank will respond favorably to my disputing the charge for these tiny pants I received, not even close to the size ordered right from their own size charts.

My husband found the pants he was looking for & I failed to check this company out before ordering on June 4, 2024 (arrived on June 27, 2024). Just like everyone else on here I cannot get return info. Same form letter response that doesn't address the issue. Pants were ordered as a 3X (42-44) put only measured as a 36 inch waist. It took so long to arrive from China that my credit card company had paid them, don't know if they will refund me & try to get the money back themselves but I still have the pants. Company return policy is that they will not accept returns unless a return request has been issued which I cannot get. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Like everyone else here, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. After 5 weeks, I finally got a tracking #. The item hadn't even been picked up by the carrier IN CHINA. The apt # was missing as well. They resent the order which arrived in a week from Long Island. The pants were way shorter than advertised. All I got was a deaf ear as has everyone else trying to return an item. After requesting return info 3 times and now reading all these terrible reviews, my next stop will be the Better Business Bureau. My hope is that all these other people who have been screwed will do the same. If you're smartly checking reviews first, move on to a different store for your clothes.

I cancelled an order 10 minutes after placing the order. They shipped the order anyway and I tried several times to tell them via email not to ship, as I cancelled the order. I emailed them repeatedly when I received the order and asked for shipping label or instructions for returning the items. Received the same form letter over and over again from them. I ended up contacting me original form of payment to not pay. Again I waited to hear from them (other than the SAME form letter) and nothing. Leaving me no recourse than to donate the items. The customer service is a bad if not worse than the quality of the items. I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I placed my order!!!

This company is terrible. I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased from them - I’m really sorry I didn’t. I ordered 1 pair of yoga pants that was advertised to be xl; 32” inseam; 92% cotton & 8% spandex. What I got was pants “marked” xl, but were more like a small; 92% polyester & 8% elastane. I have written 6 txt messages asking for a refund of my money or the correct pants. Have not received any response whatsoever just the stock, generic email they send. They are terrible!!!! Don’t buy from them. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. They shipped my order to the wrong address, and never responded to my emails. Terrible customer service, don't trust this company, you will not get your product!

Sure wish I’d read these reviews before buying. Jeans I ordered are way too short and smell horribly of chemicals. I’ve sent probably 10 emails for help with return over the past two months and heard nothing back. Horrible customer service and definitely feels like a big scam. Really disheartening when people/ a company would just take your money like that.

Horrible horrible company they sent me the wrong item and now they want me to pay more than half the cost to mail the item back to China when it was their fault and it's not even worth it for me to send back so now I'm going to the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau this company is a scam. Don't order from it if I could give him zero stars I would.

I ordered XXL. There is no way that these pants can fit an actual adult human. (Unless they are under 5 feet tall and under 100 pounds.) Then maybe the XXL would fit! I would love to include a picture but there is no option to do so. I emailed the company but no reply.

Seriously, I had to double check the website after these arrived to double check that I had ordered an adult pair of pants and not kids. Save your money. Do not order from Legletic!

Too bad i actually had to choose even 1 star, my experience is much like the rest, Legletic sent me the wrong pants I’ve been trying to reach them concerning an exchange after a month i decided to ask for a refund instead because they hadn't got back to me. To date they still haven't got back to me. I am also going to try to see if my financial institution will take care of getting a refund for me
