Lee Longlands Recensioni 

My wife and I visited Lee Longland at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. We bought a dining table and 4 swivel chairs on sale. The delivery arrived, but the chairs were standard upright chairs. We are both in our late seventies, and the chairs delivered are so heavy we have difficulty moving them. It is impossible that we would have ordered these chairs, as they are so unsuitable for us. Lee Longlands will only replace the chairs if we pay an extra £650.00. I asked them to take back the chairs and refund the cost of the chairs. They refused and said the chairs were what we ordered end of story. Now having to appeal to higher authorities to try and get justice.

Sofas wrong colour with no resolution offered!
Ordered 2 x Ashdown Chesterfield Sofas. After waiting 4 months for delivery the Sofas arrived but were a different colour to the Sofa that was displayed in their showroom and advertised on line. There was only one colour option on these sofas, so it was not simply a case of the wrong colour being selected. Upon advising their customer service team they simply advised that it must be the lighting in my room making it look different (this was clearly not the case). Upon questioning this, no resolution was offered, no replacement, no refund, nothing! There response was only to refer me to the ombudsman if I disagreed with them. This is shocking customer service and not the sort of service you expect when spending £1000's with a company. Avoid!

I have recently found out that a sofa I bought October 2025 from Leelonglands does not have a fire safety lable attached. I contacted the store to ask them to look at shop floor model to check where the lable would be. They also confirmed that the display sofa also does not have lable attached. This lable is a legal requirement. It must be attached to be sold. Which means it was sold to me without covering fire safety regulations.
Customer service has said the manufacturer will come to my house to sew one into my sofa. I question if this is legal to add a lable after it is sold.
I am also concerned as to how many sofas bought from this store has fire safety lables missing.
If anyone else has bought furniture from this store, please check that you have a fire safty lable sewn in.

Great experience furniture arrived exactly on time with a pair of great delivery guys - Kane and Carl. Phoned a told us the time of delivery, they were on time and efficient with the delivery. What a good service!

Communications were very clear, with a call to allocate a delivery slot made first thing and then them arriving well within it. Tony & Carl were both proficient & professional, careful & respectful of our home and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank You for making this such an easy experience.

Jay & James delivered our coffee table. They told us on the morning of delivery what the time slot would be and arrived during that time. They were very friendly and put the table where we wanted it. Very happy with the service

Staff in store are attentive and helpful but not pushy or intrusive. All promised dates were met and the delivery service given by Lee and Tony was excellent.
No quibbles at all I will shop there again.

Very good service in the showroom. Staff were very helpful. Delivery arrived before the scheduled date. Mark and James called and informed of the delivery time. Delivered the Rug and made sure everything was good. They cleared the wrapping. Very good service

Have had great service been waiting for sofa delivery for 14 weeks which was expected the week before we had phone call updating us at to when the sofa would arrive at their depot and what date it would be delivered phone call on the day giving estimate of delivery time it was all so seamless all way through from ordering with Brian to delivery from Richard and Will who unwrapped the sofa checked it over and put it in place plus moving a side table which was in the way
They were so friendly careful and efficient if I ever need more furniture Lee Longlands is where I will go

We have been beyond disappointed £5700 on a sofa and it’s still not been repaired replaced or any contact for months it was due to be replaced 3 months ago from our original complaint in March we have been lied to that the ombudsman has said that they have unlimited time to replace this from our correspondence with them that is not the case do not make a purchase without complete information as they go back on their terms and conditions. The salesman in Bristol was fantastic really helpful at the time of sale but unfortunately they have been let down by their customer service team. Please be aware of this before making a big purchase.

Really not impressed with the response from Lee Longlands following a complaint made regarding the way the 2 dinning chairs that we purchased from them have deteriorated. I appreciate that these were purchased 4 years ago but with the money that was spent I wouldnt expect the furniture to become so poor in such a relativly short amount of time. The response from the supplier is also poor claiming that we have used a cleaning product that has damaged the chairs. We dont use anything harmful on these chairs. Dissapointed and will not be purchasing anything from Lee Longlands again. It is clear that the price you pay in Lee Longlands doesnt mean that you are recieving a quality product and when you do have an oissue they are not interested.

Having recently made my first purchase with the company, I was very impressed.
Ordering online and collecting from the Cheltenham store, I found everyone I dealt with extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

Two young gentleman Jay and Lee delivered my sofa recliner chairs they were very professional & very polite and pleasant , I couldn’t ask for more.

over the last 4 years we have spent over £10,000 but sadly we will not be using them any longer. 3 months ago we paid and ordered 2 chairs (over £1,000) which arrived 3 weeks late, when inspected they were very poorly put together and not to the standard in the show room. After many emails/photographs they sent an independent to inspect who agreed they were not fit for purpose. Ten days later they were collected but we still await our refund and have no chairs. WATCH OUT

Find it extremely hard to believe that Lee Longlands have such a high 5 Star rating. My partner visited their Birmingham store at Christmas. What was supposed to be an approximate four week delivery time despite assurance both verbally and in print, had turned into thirteen. Today our supposedly high quality and costly coffee table arrived……. Flat pack! At no point was it suggested to us that we’d have to put our purchase together ourselves or indeed that our wait had been delayed further due to availability of Lee Longlands expert furniture delivery service to drop of a cardboard box.

If I’d wanted to purchase flat pack I’d have gone to Ikea. If in the future I’m looking to purchase good quality furniture it certainly won’t be to Lee Longlands

They arrived on time and were very pleasant and polite putting the chair into our preferred room and they took away any packaging.
