Needed to replace a decorative security light's LED system
I had a decorative outdoor LED security light fail. its a model that is no longer in production, so I needed to replace the LED system. The kit that LED Supply recommended did fit and was easy to install. The light matches the others around the house.

1991 GMC Rally Van Puck lights.
This is everything you need to string Puck lights in our 91 GNC Ralley. Enough lights to do two rows, plus a couple singles by the bed. We use rocker (off,on) to control the main lights, and the single lights are controlled by dimmers. Nice setup for us. Glad we found you, and makes it easy to install.

Ordering process went well
Ordering process went well. Product arrived in good time. Product itself had very sparse documentation which makes employing it more difficult than expected.

Poor product and customer service
The parts I received did not correspond as described on the website. For example, the lenses for the led tracks were the wrong size. I called to find a solution and was met with customer service that was both unfriendly and unhelpful. A very disappointing experience with LEDSupply.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. After reviewing the interaction, our support team initially asked for photos of the lenses you received so we could verify the fitment issue and replace any incorrect parts if necessary.
While reviewing the order, our team also discovered that the LED strip and track profile you ordered were not compatible with one another. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a matching track option for that specific strip type. Once this was explained, we advised that the order could be returned by including the order number with the shipment, as we do not use RMA numbers for returns.
We have emailed a return shipping label to help make the return process easier. We understand the situation was frustrating and apologize that the experience left you disappointed. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we always aim to provide accurate guidance and support in resolving compatibility issues as quickly as possible.
