One star for difficulty choosing…
One star for difficulty choosing components for my needs and had to pull teeth from "customer service" to get vague replies that felt unhelpfully condescending. The company might have great products, but the average person will never know about them as products don't link to needed accessories, understanding options in the Web page is convoluted, and customer service seems terribly put out when asked for help. Given the ease of competitors products, I wouldn't bother with even trying to use what I ordered. It's a solid return without even opening the box. (And the customer service rep seriously needs to be moved to an appropriate department... Like assembly or accounting.... Anything to remove him from customer facing roles. He might be the owners son or something, but service and communication are NOT his strong suits.) That would be the first step in improving reviews. At least then, I might have tried the product instead of returning it off hand because of frustration.
