Well part is my fault.
Well part is my fault..
I thought I was ordering a Plug n Play led for my Altair dusk till dawn outdoor wall light and all I received was the led chip itself. So I looked back at your website and noticed the pigtail leads were separate.. I was under the impression that I was going to get the complete setup based on the Altair website that redirected me to your website. Anyway I need the complete setup based. Can you or do you have that item ????

The item purchased was the LED chip only. For a complete working setup, the additional parts needed are the APC-16-350 driver, thermal tape, and the CXB1310 LED with wire leads option selected from the dropdown on the CXB1310 product page.
We also carry the AL-LED6W kit for these lamps, and that is the option we recommend for these lamps
We’d like to clarify that we are not Altair Lighting, and we are not aware of any redirect on Altair’s website indicating that the CXB1310 product page includes a complete plug-and-play setup but would be interested to have that link shared with us so we can see what they are describing ourselves.
We understand how frustrating this was, and we’re happy to help make sure you get the correct replacement option for your fixture. A sales representative will reach out to you via email ASAP.

It was easy to order. The shipment took a while because it was out of stock. However when it arrived, it was easy to installed. The light was brighter than my other one but I prefer that better. Happy customer. Will order again.

The ordering was easy
The ordering was easy. The web site for a novice was easy to navigate. The parts that I needed were not in stock, was notified right away about it. The length of time that they stated and the delivery was a lot faster than expected. The kit to fix the light was very easy to install. Great job all around.
