Very poor customer experience. Product had missing bits and confusing instructions. The help support was efficient and quick, however very disappointed that I had to spend extra money ordering the missing part and paying more shipping costs. They should have offered me this in compensation for two wasted hours trying to navigate around a badly designed user interface that has forgotten that its customers are human.

Don’t go cheap with other inferior LED lighting. These are excellent and exactly as described. Yes, slightly more expensive than others but you get high quality with these. The website doesn’t exaggerate the product. Invisible in daylight, lovely illumination at night. They were slightly narrower than my panel spacing so I bought the clips and they now fit perfectly. Easy installation, cutting LED strips to length was easy too. I tuned them into my Alexa and on my phone so I don’t need to use the remote (basic one is included). Overall, excellent.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing, I emailed a few hours later when I realised what I’d done. They responded really quickly and changed my order and credited my account the difference in costs… all the order was then delivered on time, great service!.. great product!

Ordered a strip light from LEDspace which on the images had wires already attached. The product has came with no wires attached, If I would of known this I wouldn't of bought it now I have to mess about attaching wires or buy an alternative.

Placed an order with this company. Order delivered incorrectly. Charged £25.50 for 1 strip light, no wiring. Returned. I accepted to pay for return of the item. Then to find, the delivery payment was then deducted from the refund. This I don't find acceptable. If this charge is within the payment, this should be returned when return payment made.

Super fast and efficient from web order to delivery. The flexible IP67 LED strip I purchased ain’t cheap. But the quality is high. They’re being installed in a relatively inaccessible spot so I don’t want to be faffing around replacing the cheaper alternatives every year.

Ordered expensive tape and at no point did it say it did not come with a pre soldered fly lead, which you would expect as standard. Nor did it actually offer this when adding to the basket.
Had to return to be done and they charged me an extra £30, avoid them.

I ordered a lighting system for my media wall from this website. The website is easy to navigate, the delivery arrived on time with all of the items present and everything worked perfectly. I had a need to raise a few questions via email, all of which were replied to in a timely fashion (thanks Shaun). LEDspace appear to have thought of everything and there are some useful videos on their site re. how to set-up each individual item. I would use them again and recommend them to family/friends.

While the website is somewhat easy to use, the quality of the items is shocking. Bought a kit and tested the full strip and it seemed to work. Fitted it (6 seperate sections), the first 3 sections were wired in series and the first strip would only display blue on the first half of the strip so the other 2 sections weren't getting a blue voltage. Upon testing, the smart interface was bad - LEDs went red and stayed red when it was turned off via the app. Ordered new interface and it's working fine. Installed other 3 sections in parallel (easier to fix), the first led strip has a small section that is permanently green and the other 2 sections are perfect. I've decided to run all 6 sections over 2 interfaces so ordered a 3rd smart interface. Their returns policy is atrocious - 3 days to test for faults is somewhat ridiculous to do if you work full time with young kids.

Nightmare so far! Opted for next day delivery as I needed the kit urgently…. 4 times rescheduled the work with the builder and still waiting for the item. Avoid if you need anything quick

Just wow!!!
I recently purchased the 4 strip Black Aura LED kit to fit the new wall slat panelling in my bedroom. I can honestly say I couldn’t be more delighted.

The strips simply slot into the gaps with no need to glue in. They are virtually invisible during the day & when turned on they give my bedroom the wow factor.

The lights give off a warm white light, are controllable via a remote control (a extra purchase), can be dimmed and important for us work with Smart Life & Alex.

They are not cheap. But they are quality & definitely superior to other LEDs we looked at.

I’m very very happy with my purchase & would recommend.

Colors look nice and brightness is decent, but the adhesive doesn't stick well over time. Overall okay just not very reliable
