Excellent online ordering service and assistance provided. Replacement of faulty LED lightstrip without question even after finding the fault some weeks after purchase during installation. 2nd time of using the company and would recommend and definitely use again.

Excellent service and brilliant lights

I’ve had a really positive experience with LED Space. I had several dealings with Phil throughout the process, and he was consistently patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful during our different calls. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process straightforward.

The LED lights look brilliant in my newly refurbished kitchen and have really helped to finish the room off. I particularly love how they’ve been integrated with my smart home system, making them incredibly convenient to control and use.

I’m really pleased with both the product and the service I received from LED Space and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality LED lighting and great customer service.

Great quality products, and the discounted price is attractive, delivery and service is very good too, no complaints. Early days on durability, but as the products seem good quality I'm anticipating them to last.

Okay product apart from the fact the tape was faulty which messed up my entire job. The reason for the one star is because of the terrible customer service once I phoned, basically got called a liar and didn’t install it correctly, even though it was a qualified electrician who installed it who deals with this kind of thing. Had to spend more £££ on new tape and not getting a refund. Won’t be using again.

My main complaint is that I ordered a bathroom recess light pack and the IR sensor that arrived is IP20 and not suitable for bathrooms. I now need to go and buy a suitable one.
Part of the order was missing which they sorted rapidly. No instructions on how to wire the whole pack together. But saying that I managed by asking a question on the website and a bit of guess work - which they responded to rapidly.
Main gripe is the IR sensor for there bathroom pack not being suitable for bathrooms.

Brilliant company with very helpful customer support will be using them again for sure.

Can’t fault led space. Had a few problems when wiring it up but the team talked me through it and even stayed on the phone while I was connecting it all up to make sure it was all working as it should be. Customer service the best I’ve experienced in a company

For the cost I expected slightly more. Move out of the groves slightly as they get hot then cool down. Can push them back in easy enough but for something that lists it self as such a premium product you shouldn’t have to. Groves are 13mm as stated.
Functionality from the app and the remote is good

Excellent product, the lighting strips are invisible when switched off, and the LED strips were easy to cut to the correct length using scissors, installation was simple and the lights enhanced the wall boards perfectly.

I would like to give Shaun a massive applause for being outstanding and very helpful with my led setup in my cinema room without Shaun I would be very stuck 5 star service always.
