Tutor was excellent. Explained the processes in detail.

I like that it is online and I can move at my own pace. I did have some problems uploading photos for the macro photography course. I uploaded twice but they still are not there. Messages to the chat bot remain unanswered. That being said, I do enjoy the course and have learned something new.

Very educational! It really gave me the foundation to explore a vast new way of thinking about food. My palate has never been happier.

The videos are really good, but in the peer stream I feel it is dependent on having a big enough group- there are very small numbers in my group which limits interaction. I did not understand this when I signed up, as it said that I would be in a cohort of 20.
Also, I think there are formatting problems and possibly some typos in the pdf of the recipes - it would be good to fix this.

Really enjoying the Level 2 in Principles of Horticulture. The tutors give good feedback promptly and the staff at Learning with Experts have been very helpful. Would recommend.

I bought a gift card from Learning With Experts. There was a technical problem with the purchase but the customer service in resolving the issue was excellent. I can't rate the customer service highly enough.

The customer service team, Jack in particular, have been really helpful every step of the way on my learning journey. As a mature student who has been out of the learning loop for a while, the support I received was really appreciated. I opted for the experts feedback on my assignments which was more expensive but worth the extra cost.

I really would not have spent several hundreds of pounds on this if I had realised that the course would go out of date in less than a year, which then imposed a time limit to take exams. As it was unsupervised it would take additional effort to get to exam level. I did ask to move to new syllabus as I knew that I would not have time and wouldn’t have bought at that stage if deadlines had been in place. I unfortunately had already accessed some of the modules and they only moved people who hadn’t started. (They told me to ask RHS if they would make the old exams available longer)
I do get continued access to old course, I checked and it’s still there, just need to get my enthusiasm back. So I added a star as the experts were very helpful and knowledgable and I expect that the new RHS course itself is probably very good to do so this review is not a reflection on that.

Apologies for late response but over £600 to upgrade to the latest course is a big decision so I am still looking into whether I can do it, I have modified the rating upward to reflect the support you have given and flexibility shown as this is specific to a formal syllabus change, and I would still consider your other courses if I can’t continue with this one.

I did the baking course which was really poor. Some significant errors in the course material and the actual videos I could have watched with other bakers for free. It promised a lot more than it delivered. Essentially it showed how to make and cover a Victoria sponge! Really not worth the money. I pointed out all the errors and got my money back!

The tutors were phenomenal. Course materials were thorough and each lesson was well documented. I enjoyed working at my own pace and enhancing my knowledge of garden design.

I received an almost instant response to my request. The response was both timely and satisfied my query completely.

I would not hesitate to recommend Learning With Experts for the RHS Level 2 Certificate. They provided thorough, comprehensive study materials alongside each individual video lesson presented by highly regarded experts in the field of horticulture, who are also engaging communicators. The professional production values of the videos also made the learning enjoyable. The team managing administration was always responsive and friendly. I will certainly be considering subsequent courses with Learning with Experts following my positive experience.

I had a problem, in that when redeeming a voucher I thought it hadn't worked. I messaged Learning with Experts and got a quick response form Jack. His input was really helpful. My problem was that I had not realised that I had actually redeemed the voucher (my error, but the site didn't direct me as I had expected). I'm grateful for the speed of Jack's response and the clarity.

Live Longer Better is a wonderful course which should be done by EVERYBODY who is approaching their twilight years. It can change your life for the better and give you the tools to have a more enjoyable, positive, and productive experience of getting old.
