My only slightly bad experience was the time that Tom has taken to provide feedback on my assignments in the Garden Styles module. But overall I would happily recommend them as an online learning provider.

RHS Level 2
The RHS Level 2 course is well structured with good quality video materials. The quality of the reading materials is more variable - not so much in content, but in style and presentation, which can sometimes feel a bit chaotic.
The written assignment-based approach is challenging, but prepares you for the exam from the very beginning.
Tutor feedback varies - it is usually detailed and really helpful, sometimes perhaps too succinct.
Communication with tutors and customer service was generally timely, with only occasional delays. The support team was always responsive to various requests.
On a more negative note - several links in the reading resources were expired, and some aspects of the QWO weren’t well integrated into the course.
Overall, a (very) positive experience with some room for improvement.

I thought there would be a lot more content when I paid for my course, despite paying for the lower priced one but in the end it was a 10 minute video and nothing else. I clicked around thinking surely I had missed something. But no. I feel a bit misled.

I find its not worth the money as there only videos present no any written lessons, interviews like video that you can watch on YouTube for free. Very disappointed with the coarse, i was expecting more for that price.

The whole process is very straightforward and a lot of information is presented in a very simple but detailed way, and the feedback from the tutors is extremely encouraging, for someone who has been out of the classroom for some time it has been very encouraging for me to continue to learn and go on further with learning

This company are accredited with the…
This company are accredited with the CPD and need to be reported to them. The Expert level courses are supposed to be with tutor access, support and feedback, which I have received none of during my time doing the course.
I started having problems with Learning with the Expert in October 25 when they started ignoring emails. After posting a letter to them they started responding and compensated.
I submitted my first assignment for Michael Freemans Perfect Exposure course on the 29 January and received no feedback, My fellow student submitted a few days after me and received feedback within a couple of days.
After several emails with Jack, on the 14 Feb I was told this would be resolved by ‘next Wednesday’. They have now gone back to their old ways of ignoring emails and it has not been resolved. I have enquired whether there is a technical issue which is preventing the tutor from viewing the assignments and received no answer.
My fellow student has submitted work again, expressing their difficulties with receiving feedback.
I would like to receive feedback whilst progressing through this course and therefore feel I am learning.
I am finding this whole situation extremely stressful, frustrating and disheartening. This company is not selling the product they are advertising. I’m sorry to say that I cannot and will not recommend this course to my wider camera community.

Paid for the “Expert” level of Hormones…
Paid for the “Expert” level of Hormones Unlocked by Dr Louise Newson. This was to include tutor feedback and certificate of completion. After the recent investigation/controversy involving Dr Newson of which I wasn’t aware of all the tutor feedback suddenly stopped. I finished going through the course material and requested my certificate of completion which was the entire purpose of doing this course and for months now I’ve heard nothing but radio silence and my emails ignored. Requested a refund via Learning With Experts who have also now ignored me and not issued my refund.
Would advise all to avoid this platform.

Several large changes on our side appear to be the root cause of this issue, though given the time since we have last spoken, and the lack of communication, I do not expect this to mitigate any frustration on your side at all.

Outstanding course & fantastic learning experience!
I recently completed Spice It Up course. With Learning With Experts and couldn't be more impressed with every aspect of the experience.
The course content was incredibly well-explained - each technique and recipe was broken down clearly, with step-by-step guidance that made even the complex of tutorials. the in-depth videos were a real highlight; they didn't just show how to make the food but the why behind each method and ingredient choice, which helped me truly understand the concepts rather than just following instructions.
Navigating the website was a breeze too - everything from purchasing and accessing courses materials.
Team support and feedback were also fantastic, and being asked to share my work with the wider community was such a lovely touch that made me feel valued as a learner. id highly recommend Learning With Experts to anyone looking to develop their cooking skills- I'm already planning my next course with them!
