I paid you £50 for my friend's gift voucher. You sent her one for £40! I contacted you immediately to ask you to remedy it, and then twice more - you eventually replied 10 days later, apologised for the your error, but not the delay or radio silence! I was concerned and it was an embarrassing way to give a gift!

Great, but needs editing.
The content was great and very helpful, but the videos were not edited! I spent a lot of money to pay for this course, so I did not expect to see the instructor stumble over her words, then go on to repeat the sentence, without that being cut. Also, the assignments are extremely rudimentary and only test the most basic retention skills of the course content. There was no room for interpretation at all or opportunities to put the skills taught to practical use in an assignment.

I began using this platform for my RHS level 2 qualification, the range of courses was just so exciting that I was quite drawn in from River Cottage to the philosophy of flower arranging and I use it often to send a little present of joy to a friend. and the customer service is excellent

Great on colour less so on style
The course is very enjoyable and I have made 2 mood boards. However I have found the lectures quite repetitive. I would have liked more on different styles and how to achieve them and perhaps less on colour and pattern.

Intro to Fermentation: fabulous
I made sauerkraut before and threw it away. Rachel's video lessons were so clear, the science is explained well, and the finished sauerkraut has been so good. Waiting for the kimchi to finish fermenting and will try and make the next things! Kombucha and Kefir next.

Great courses that RELY on video
The two courses I bought have stopped being accessible through Chrome on my desktop - I have flagged this up and hopefully they are fixing the issue.
I was really disappointed, but it turns out that the courses still work on other browsers like Firefox.
I enjoyed the courses, particularly the curry class - but they do rely on the video content for them to make sense. It would be great if you could download the video content when you buy the course ...
