leadsgo.io bombards my and many other people's websites with spam traffic just to draw attention to themselves. They are VERY untrustworthy, avoid contact with them.

February 2026: I'm being contacted and asked to provide for more information in order for leads.io to approve my review as legit. What I see is a lot of spikes of traffic in Google Analytics from leadsgo.io and it makes absolutely no sense on my websites.

This company is diabolical!

This company is diabolical! Day light robbery.
They Used to be really good before changing to leads.io.
Now its impossible to get consistent leads that seem unverified and almost seem like fake leads to boost up profit!

When reporting unsuccessful leads where absolutely no contact with the customer can me made, through phone call, text messages or emails
These leads are coming back as valid leads and the response from leads.io is, "Leads.io provides clients with customers who are interested in receiving quotes but we do not guarantee that you will win the work; due to this we are unable to credit these leads" and another response was "It isn't leads.io fault if the customer changes their mind and that at the time the lead was listed the customer intended to receive quotes" so they deem all leads as valid. This makes the reporting process completely pointless. And that any lead you report would be classed as valid with that reason.

If I went around saying yes i willl fit your boiler, pay me the money now.
Oh actually I've changed my mind but you still have to pay me because at the time I intended to fit your boiler. Somehow I think you would have no customers.

This lead system is robbery and you are left with 6 to 10 leads at £50 a pop and you've not been able to even get hold of the customer let alone even give them a quote.

Waste of time and money! stay away at all costs will destroy your company.

Used to be good under Boiler Guide.

Now I ring leads and the customer says they have had numerous calls from various sources which begs thew question where are Leads IO sourcing the leads!!!

Having monitored this year I am able to contact about 40/50%.

Of these most have had multiple calls from not just leads io sources.

Many are general enquiries.

My contract with Boiler Guide was to be 1 of 3 installers quoting. Leads IO took on this obligation when they bought out Boiler Guide.

I consider they are in breach of that contract.

After almost 10 years of using leadsio…

After almost 10 years of using leadsio we randomly got our account cut off for returning too many leads. We only return leads we cannot quote over the phone or that we cant get in the property to quote.

The lead quality has been very bad recently hence why weve been returning more. If leadsio provided leads for people who are actually in the market for a boiler our returns would be A LOT less.

No call, no feedback asked for, just cut our account off. Madness. Will NEVER use again.

Cancelled our account with immediate effect , as we ask for lead credit back too much !-
When leads have invalid numbers , tyre kickers, Don’t own the properties , none of the leads are genuine or have the ability to generate a job- absolute waste of money and dud leads - do not use

Total Rubbish!

If you’re lucky enough to get hold of one of their leads they will have been contacted by loads more companies than they promise. You’re basically talking to tyre kickers or people who were under the impression it was free.

They randomly just started sending me leads when I told them I didn’t want any and then said I’d be billed for any I unwittingly contacted.

Ironically, I had called a few as I thought they were from another source but wasn’t able to reach any of them.

They then tried to say it would go to their disputes team who handle debt collection and ccj’s

I told them you need to win in a court of law to get a ccj and they id be there with bells on.

Shocking company. I left the door open as I had hoped they’d improve but I’ll have nothing to do with them now.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Agree with what others say. You have to buy the lead to find out you can't make contact, then when you report it they claim it was verified - how? The prices have increased and I have lost hundreds of pounds in recent months through uncontactable, so called verified leads.

Awful company won’t be using again…

Awful company won’t be using again after around 2 years was always really good and positive. The last 6 months I’ve wasted thousands of pounds from poor leads. 7 out of 10 you can’t even make contact and that’s trying calls email and text. They say it’s not their fault and have no understanding when I’m asking how they validate leads and if I can’t make contact do they try to see when and why the customer changed mind.

Don’t use them since they was taken over it’s a mess

En skuffende oplevelse med Leads.io: En virksomhed at undgå

Jeg har desværre haft en meget utilfredsstillende oplevelse med Leads.io & greenmatch som virksomhed, der indsamler kunde-leads til min forretning. Jeg vil på ingen måde anbefale andre at benytte deres tjenester. Her er hvorfor:

For det første undersøger Leads.io ikke deres leads ordentligt. Dette resulterer i, at man modtager alt, hvad de kan samle ind, uden hensyntagen til relevans eller kvalitet. Jeg havde tydeligt specificeret, at jeg kunne håndtere cirka 5 leads om ugen. Allerede den første dag modtog jeg imidlertid 8 leads. Da jeg kontaktede Leads.io, blev jeg mødt med en medarbejder, der blot talte mig efter munden. Hun lovede, at jeg fremover kun ville modtage 10 leads om ugen, selvom jeg igen understregede, at jeg kun ønskede 5. Jeg bad endda om maksimalt 2 leads om dagen for at kunne følge med.

Trods dette modtog jeg 7 nye leads allerede mandag den følgende uge.

Når jeg forsøgte at kontakte disse kunder, viste det sig, at det kun var meget få, jeg faktisk kunne få fat i. De kunder, jeg fik kontakt med, havde søgt på solceller, mens jeg monterer varmepumper. De havde forklaret Greenmatch, at de allerede havde en varmepumpe, men Greenmatch syntes at tro, at enhver varmepumpe-ejer var et potentielt lead.

Nogle kunder fortalte mig endda, at de havde fundet Greenmatch via Facebook, hvor de søgte forsøgspersoner via kundens kommune.

I løbet af få dage modtog jeg i alt 18 leads, hvilket kostede mig næsten 3.300,- kroner og 5 timer ved telefonen. Denne tid gik med forsøg på at kontakte leads eller finde ud af, hvad der foregik, samt en masse samtaler med Leads.io konsulent.

Jeg meldte mig hurtigt ud, da jeg ikke kunne se formålet med at fortsætte, men Leads.io fastholdt, at jeg skulle betale. Dette har jeg nu gjort.

Mit råd til alle andre er klart: Lad være med at indgå en aftale med Leads.io. Det er spild af både tid og penge.

BoilerGuide is a waste of money now

BoilerGuide used to be a good company but since they have been bought out by lead.io they are a joke. The leads are unverified and charged at nearly £50 each regardless of whether you can contact the customer. If you do manage to get hold of a genuine customer they expect a quote over the phone without you even looking at the job. Save you money and use alternative companies.

Don’t throw your money away

A great place to throw your hard earned money down the drain on extremely poor quality un-verified leads. Don’t waste your money. You’ll not find decent leads here. Was ok a few years back but consistently declined over time. Changed their name last year so probably bought out. Now objective is to grab as much cash as possible from contractors. We’ve now pulled away.

I recently had a negative experience with Leads.io, a company offering lead generation services. While I cannot definitively comment on the quality of their leads themselves, as I ultimately did not engage with their services, my interaction with their sales team left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.

My initial contact with Leads.io was through their sales team. Unfortunately, the experience was far from positive. The communication lacked professionalism and was, at times, outright rude. Instead of engaging in a genuine conversation to understand my needs and the potential fit between their services and my business, the representative employed an aggressive sales tactic, pressuring me to commit to a pre-paid package without fully addressing my questions or concerns.

Prepayment Requirement Raises Red Flags:

The insistence on prepayment for all leads was a major red flag. Legitimate lead generation companies typically offer various payment options, allowing clients to pay per lead or after a trial period to assess the quality and effectiveness of the leads. This company will charge you for a lead even though you cannot contact the customer. Avoid at all cost as there are other reputable lead generators that other you a no risk, money back guarantee if no contact. What a rip you off. Avoid!!!!
