Everything up to now has been great...just waiting to get an installation date from BeSure Group.When this happens then I will give you 5 stars!Installation date sorted 5 stars achieved,as long as the installation goes perfectly!!Very happy so far🙂I have a 30+ year old back boiler and hot water tank and it will take all day to replace this system with the new system but I'm very much looking forward to instant hot water!!😃

I came to this site for information on electric boilers, for a comparison of what is currently available. I entered my property details, and heating requirements, then my contact details, and received no boiler information at all. But for the following week received many calls and emails from local plumbers wanting to quote for replacing my boiler, which I am very early in the research for. The site appears to be a lead generator for local plumbers.

Nice people no hard sell

This is the first time I have used Boiler Guide and has 3 companies referred to me. They all replied very promptly, giving excellent service and I have chosen one company. I want the boiler for a tenanted property and the firm I have chosen will be our plumber for the future. Boiler Guide is a very good way of finding a firm to install a new boiler.

Plenty of feed back reputable people

I used Boiler Guide to get a quote for replacing my very old boiler. The first company contacted me almost immediately and made an appointment to provide a quote on Monday (it was Friday when I requested the quote). The second company rang 5 minutes later and came to do the quote within the hour. The third company rang while the second company was doing my quote and made an appointment for Wednesday. A great response to my request. Thank you Boiler Guide.

Very quick response from the three recommended companies.

I received two contacts, Blue Flame Energy and Griffiths Heating and Plumbing and arranged dates for surveys. Blue Flame came with a hard sell salesman who spent 30 seconds looking at my old boiler, took one picture and said that's down. Griffiths did not turn up, so I called and he said we had not made an appointment but he would call back next day. Meanwhile, Blue Flame gave it the hard sell - agree within 7 days and get 15 years free servicing - but no call back from Griffiths. Called again, got ansafone and left message. Still no response. Investigations show not such firm as Griffiths Heating and Plumbing within 100 miles and the mobile number does not bring up any results. Suggests to me that there is some connections between the two. Avoid both is my advice. The reviews on the free servicing for Blue Flame are not good - probably why the salesman told awe they had recently installed an online service portal 🤣🤣

Waste of time. Just an email saying they cant find anyone. Meanwhile we have a badly leaking boiler, for which I have found a local man.
If I could give zero out of five, I would do.

I received 3 phone calls from suggested companies to supply and fit my new boiler. Boiler Guide did a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with their service.

I chose Kev Jones Plumbing and Heating Ltd, who sent a surveyor to check everything was in order. He gave me a quote, which I accepted, and arranged the job for the following week. Within a day, I was offered a cancellation, so the job was done within two days, very efficiently, by a very friendly engineer. I was extremely impressed with the service from both Boiler Guide and Kev Jones and won’t hesitate to use them again, if needs be, in the future.

Just had our Worcester Bosch combi boiler installed by Prestige Energy. We can't speak highly enough of the Cambridge team who worked tirelessly removing our 40 year old boiler and replacing it. I received 2 phone calls from boiler installers within 30 mins of leaving my details .Both calls were very useful, informative . There was no pressure or slick selling techniques which I value.

My current boiler will need replacing soon ,due to age.
I sought the help of boiler guide to get some idea of replacement procedures and costs.
The service quickly responded and I received calls from 3 companies who gave me details of types of boiler available and who, if required would do a survey to establish costs.

I was expecting to get a quote from this company for the cost of a new boiler - not to have my contact details circulated to multiple boiler installers all over the UK. I have been inundated with unwanted telephone calls - most of them ringing several times.
