I had been looking at their product but was unimpressed. The next few days I was reminded by this company to buy the product. Within a week I was told their product had shipped but they refused to acknowledge my texts refusing the product and asking for a refund on my credit card. I gave up with the intention of returning it when it arrived. I have requested a refund slip and their address. Still waiting.

They have replied with offer of 30% refund then 50%. I accepted the 50-%. Just want this ended so I accepted.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND A RIP-OFF!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! I used their website to order 1 product. Each time I hit next to see the total; the website purchased another product!! I ended up with 5 products that I did not want. I will eat the charge on this because I was stupid enough to attempt to navigate their website. Then I was charged for a rewards program that I don't remember signing up for. I called the customer service and they said they would cancel the account moving forward and refund the last amount paid for the rewards program. I'll check my bank in the 7-10 days that they say it will take to refund. If it's not there, I will be calling them again and I will report them as fraud to my bank and the attorney general for my state. I wish I could give a minus(-_ ) star rating.

Do not use this company they are liars and cheats do not generate leads that you ask for charge a fortune for each lead many of which are uncontainable we offered to try to work with them to improve and have never even replied to the emails we sent if you want to waste your money set fire to it at least you will gain warmth from the fire if I could give a. Minus 1 score I would only thing they are looking for is your money the most arrogant people I have had the misfortune to deal with we are currently looking at legal recourse to get our money back DONOT uSE THIS COMPANY read the other reviews they are correct liars ,cheats and crooks

Not a great experience, Leads are only middle of the road quality, when working your volumes with them, they are not quick to react and continue to charge you.. its hit or miss with these guys

fake leads, arrogant staff and misleading "leads" model

Group of liers, company who simply overpromise and when they should deliver they have tons of excuses and tons of we have this in our terms of conditions. That they just charge you and deliver you spam or useless leads? They dont care. This is definitely not a company caring about the satisfaction of you as a company. Waste of money for anyone. The only thing they can do is some kind of rubbish Facebook campaigns which you can do also.

So the voip leads we used for voipfone.co.uk didnt really work, I worked in sales and those leads are generated from ads, so not really people who want a service, we used it for a week and stoped it after as u would expect as least a low percentage to gain as new client. absolutely useless stay away

Terrible customer service for all parties. Refuse refunds when leads are invalid such as wrong numbers

guide me i want to signup on mvf i filled form multiple time but they didnt reply.

MVF operating as Educompare I have now used twice and I have just remembered why I cancelled with them the first time, they are not every good at what they claim to be good at.

Found out that they send other companies emails to the leads I paid for. Completely unethical practices. Use at your peril.

They sell you they can offer you to expand to new channels for lead acquisition. They pitch is that they can sends thousands of new customers.

What is what they do? They talk to all publishers that are already linking to your page organically and they charge you cost per click for that traffic. This even affects SEO as the organic links disappears.

Crazy.

This is the worst company I've ever been involved with for so many reasons I wouldn't be able to mention in a review like this.
Be warned.

Unfortunately, lead quality is very poor and when you dispute it, it is nearly always rejected.

Perfect business model for them though - even rubbish they get paid for. Just wow.

We have been trying mnvf now for a few months and I have to say we're not obviously sure on the return value of the Leeds yet.
They seem to be moving in the right direction. But I will talk about the customer service there was a mistake that mvf made on contracts within the system that basically took our leads above the amount of lead that we had ordered and we had got a bill through it and it was a mistake that was found. It was nothing to do with us luckily. Lucy I have to say sorted it all out and they took ownership of it and the customer service we received with sorting out the problem was excellent.
In my our mind it's not everything's working tells you what kind of company they are it when things go wrong do they just blame the customer and say tough pay us or do they actually put their hands up to when they do make a mistake and say will take care of it That's is what this company did I would recommend anyone to work with them.

used them for the last 6 years - great source of new business for us, conversion is always strong and great support from the team, epically Luke and Russell

i have used other lead suppliers and done demand generation ourselves but we rely on mvf for the core volume as its always dependable

We have worked with MVF for a number of years now and feel they provide us with a great service. They are professional and our account manager Luke, understands our business needs.

We used MVF about 6 years ago and the leads were terrible. We were contacted again more recently and told the systems had improved, the leads in our sector would be highly qualified and the whole system would yield the quality and quantity of leads we needed.

Unfortunately we fell for the sales pitch and agreed to give them another go.

Thousands of pounds latter, still not 1 sale from the hundreds of leads we were sent. We have a great, double digit conversion rate on leads from other sources however most of the MVF leads didn't even know they had requested information and the rest were uncontactable.

Never again! And I recommend anyone reading this also stay away.

Refuse to change their habits, letting down providers purchasing their leads and customers being ill advised of what happens next
