Excellent service from Eloise and the team

This is my third time using Leaders to find a property and this experience like the others was smooth and next to none. I had the lovely Sophie who was very helpful and supportive throughout.

Always helpful and efficient

As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and very well organised from start to finish.
Louise was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and always on hand to help. She managed everything efficiently between myself, the solicitor, and all parties involved, keeping things moving and stress to a minimum. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, which made me feel secure and well informed at every stage.
I’d highly recommend based on my experience.

She has made the process of renting a new property run really smoothly. Eloise arranged for us to view the property several times and answers any questions we had.

All tenants Avoid!!!

They will always side with the landlord and once you move out the property they will find anything to charge hundreds for. They are trying to charge us £216 for dust they found at the back of a radiator.

Leaders will let themselves into your property without your permission. This happened to us while we were away and they took pictures of our belongings, we felt very unsafe after this and they have stated before in an email ''We have our own set of keys and can let ourselves in'' - They realised its illegal to do this and tried to make it up with a cheap gift basket.

We did not have a Working oven on arrival and the toilet flush did not work. After reporting this and asking why this wasnt checked before our move in date, this was their response ''We do not check these before tenants move in'' So expect the worst on your arrival.

Leaders use their own Engineers, cheap labour and takes 4 visits to get a toilet flush working again.... Lots of time off work to accommodate the attendance, Money lost.

Don't listen to these AI bot Responses from their customer care team on these reviews, Listen to the bad reviews from tenants and you may save yourself some money.

Eloise guided me through the process of renting with ease, she was great at explaining the process, helpful when i needed reassurance. A great experience - thank you!

From the start of the process to exchanging Louise has been 100 % an absolute diamond. She has commuicate wtih us every step of the way with kindness, professionalism and determination.

She has chased and gone above and beyond - giving us and our buyers the confidence that we were valued and understood.

This is the second property we have sold through Leaders over the last year and we would not hesitate in recommending and selling through Leaders Waterlooville again.

Have rerented our house with Leaders. Service very poor, accounts services very very poor. Long wait for our money. Would not recommend and are looking at taking them to the ombudsman. Very unhappy customers would not recommend.

Absolute pathetic service. We were the first people to contact Leaders on a property to rent. We know this because the person on the phone told us that we were very quick to respond as she had just listed it. Week by week we contacted Leaders to view the property, but we were told that they were having problems getting hold of the current tenant, but we are on the list and will be contacted.

This weekend, I searched for properties just to find that Leaders have now rented the property. We were not contacted at all, not even an email, nothing to inform us. We did not even get a chance to view the property.

When I contacted them, they told us that we were not one of the first 4 people to contact about the property, LOAD OF BULL.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Shannon Patterson from Leaders in Waterlooville, who has been diligent and professional in getting the minor repairs done to the house. Thank you Shannon.

I raised 2 repairs through Leaders and Shannon Patterson contacted me and arranged for a contractor to attend promptly. Everything has been resolved and I really appreciate Shannon following up with me.

Poor experience from beginning to end - Laughable turnaround when issues were raised & will always side with Landlords despite having barely any understanding of the situation.. Huge company with 0 knowledge of any legal requirements - Couldn’t provide a full Subject Access request & refused a Right to be forgotten data request. Embarrassing!

No support towards tenants, lack of transparency from the company. They don’t reply to you when you need them too, just send harassing emails when they want stuff from you, or hounding you for money you don’t owe.

I had a very long and difficult sale with Leaders due to the chain.Katie Isaacs guided me through with updates and when I needed information was always helpful and nothing was too much trouble.She was very professional in every way and made a difficult sale bearable Rosie Boxall

Annie did a great job of putting us at ease with our house sale. She was polite and personable whilst being honest with her appraisal. The text and photos used to market the property were well written and put together. Would definitely recommend!

I was mostly in contact with Annie with whom I was thoroughly impressed due to her extremely prompt responses to my emails. I was very happy and delighted to have been in communication with her during my purchase as she was very helpful.

Abysmal, in an ongoing, consistent manner.

Most recently, British Gas emergency visited for a broken boiler in February 2022 and told Leaders that our central heating needed clearing as was full of sludge.

Leaders did the usual job of passing a message to someone else (the landlord in this instance) and then didn't bother with any kind of follow up at all.

Landlord said they didn't want to do anything yet, ten months ago.

Our 8 year old's bedroom was 11° last night with our heating on full for over 7 days now.

100% of the time we are fobbed off when we have a problem.

Avoid like the plague. They have no qualms in allowing landlords to break tenancy laws and are seemingly completely happy to allow landlords to add bodge on top of bodge with no thought to the safety of their paying tenants.
