Initially, we had concerns regarding this operation. However, once we had our first conversation with Alisha, she approached the challenge with enthusiasm and a strong commitment to excellence. The estate agent, Mike, was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly and approachable being on hand when we had questions and went above and beyond during the difficulties we faced in delays which we really appreciated.

Michael was a massive help to us as we had never sold a property before. He gave great advice on how to prepare the house for sale, we handed over a set of keys and he took care of everything else! The valuation was spot on as we accepted an offer of the asking price within a couple of days of marketing the property. The price for the service was exactly what I was expecting to pay and worth every penny, removing any stress from us!

Absolute sham of a letting agent. Unreliable and unprofessional in every sense. The branch manager himself is incapable of completing simple tasks and delivery on promises he makes. Head office don’t answer the phone and are not interested in your complaint.

On the whole we were happy with leaders when purchasing a property via them however what let them down was despite the exchange being before midday they never made our keys available until 15:45hrs as they were busy obtaining meter readings. In my opinion this should have been obtained prior to the exchange and our keys made available at the point of exchange.

For us, initially this operation was the cause of some concern, but once we had had our first interview with Natalie Haseldine at Leaders office, she took on the challenge with a cheerful & very conscientious attitude. She kept us informed all the way about how the process was coming along, & we had a very good two way communication between us. On my first viewing I took time off work and travelled 17 miles. On arrival, the estate agent had brought the wrong keys so I had to come back the following day.
On completion, I collected my keys from the branch at 5:30. I got to the flat just before 6 only to find I’d been given the wrong keys. The branch closed at 6 so nobody was there to help. I had to wait until the following morning to get the correct keys. I then had to pay more money to hire a van longer than I should have had to.

As a landlord Leaders are new to managing our property but so far I have been really impressed by the service they have delivered…the team are diligent and friendly and have overcome issues where the exiting agent has failed. Richard manages the branch really well and his team are a credit to him (Laura, Jordan & Sue to name a few). Long may this service continue.
