I’ve been a customer of Leaders for almost 10 years, and they have been managing our flat through their Weybridge branch throughout that time. Recently, I needed their services again in Surbiton while searching for a place to rent. All I had to do was pick up the phone and call them, and within just five minutes, their incredibly kind and helpful staff member, Lucy Miller, had already come up with suggestions and was ready to help.

What makes Leaders stand out from most estate agents is their genuine dedication to providing the best possible service and their excellent attention to customers’ needs. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly approach truly make a difference. Highly recommended.

I have been using Leaders for many years to help me rent my property when needed. They have always provided a first class service, my contact there, Nick Hawkins, has been proactive, helpful and professional.

We were tenants in a flat managed by Leaders. For a while they were ok, not amazing but they got things sorted after a little while. Something changed in the last months of our tenancy and then it was like they just stopped bothering. Things were going wrong in the flat and they showed no interest in resolving them. They were telling us that things were in progress (they weren't) then we'd hear nothing, then they'd just ignore us. Eventually we had to get directly in contact with the landlords to ask them to step in, and Leaders just ignored them too!

When the tenancy ended they charged us for an extra day of rent despite the fact that we had very clearly given the correct notice and the final date in it was correctly worded, they also tried to charge us for things which were just not issues or were already issues when we moved in. The landlords stepped in again and we achieved a fair settlement, thank goodness for decent landlords!

In short, Leaders were fairly uninvolved for most of our tenancy, but completely checked out in the last 8 months. As soon as the tenancy ended and they wanted money they were suddenly all over us.

If I were the landlords I'd be looking to recover significant fees from them for the fact that they were not doing their job, and we, as tenants, are looking to recover funds from them as a result of them not maintaining the property to an appropriate condition.

I have been dealing with Finlay. He has been so amazing and so helpful. :)

Flooded kitchen for weeks..living in dangerous..1000 calls and talks with agents.. this is the worst agency ever !!!!!!!!

Almost 2 months after we moved out of a rental property manged by Leaders, we still haven't received our deposit back. Multiple calls and emails and all we get is an empty promise hat someone is going to sort it out in the next few days and give us a call. Unfortunately we never received a call back and the deposit department always manage to find someone else to blame. Its disgraceful that people have to struggle financially because of estate agents that just care about their commission and as soon as they don't make money out of you, they just put no effort to help.
