Since the beginning of my tenancy agreement they were never been truly to me

I have been a tenant with Leaders for almost two years and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Significant problems with the property — including some relating to safety — were known before I moved in, yet remain unresolved four months later despite repeated assurances.

Communication has been slow and inconsistent, and I’ve had to chase constantly for updates. A formal complaint was made in line with their process, but deadlines have been missed and the handling so far has left me with little confidence.

I feel let down and ignored as a paying tenant, and it seems the issues I’ve raised are not taken seriously. Skipped appointments, lack of communication, and turning up significantly late appear to be the norm.

After losing our last property through no fault of our own we started looking for somewhere new too rent. Leaders have been helping us since early December and have been amazing every step of the way. Louise has been our main correspondence and had set up suitable viewings for properties to suit our family's needs. Louise has also been very detailed on how the process works and has been there to answer every phone call and email which has made the whole process so much easier, we have now been accepted for a property and are looking forward to moving into our new home. Again, we would like to thank Louise and team for being unbelievably helpful!

Great experience letting my property through Leaders Sudbury , the staff are friendly and extremely helpful . Special thanks to Louise who went over and above to assist with an issue whilst I was on holiday .

Elaine at Leaders Sudbury was professional throughout the transaction and she made the letting process easy. Elaine stayed in regular contact with me and found a tenant within days of the property going on the market, which was impressive.
Leaders' Landlord portal is great, as it allows for document management and the ability to view, update with comments, and track maintenance requests.
After a poor experience with another Estate Agency, I am hoping for a better experience this time around with Leaders - i.e. one where they act in the interests of both the Landlord and Tenant, without an uncalled for aggressive approach, and one-sidedness in favour of the tenant, particularly when the asset and major investment is the Landlord's.
That said, my experience so far with Leaders has been positive.

Completely Incompetent, I would not recommend this sorry excuse for a Letting Agent if they were the last remaining Letting Agents on this planet. We have a number of properties which Leaders supposedly manage but in essence, my wife spends hours of her time on a monthly basis sorting out issues which they are supposed to handle as our Letting Agents, for which they deduct a large sum of money each month,

All we get is pathetic excuses, they can't even provide the name of someone within their organisation who we can complain too!

No business is perfect, but Leaders take the trophy for worst Letting Agents.

If you own a property and are considering renting it through a Letting Agent, please go elsewhere as once you've signed on the dotted line, despite not being fit for purpose, they will use every tactic within the small print to retain your business and keep taking agents fees!

Unless we evict all of out tenants, very immoral, we are stuck with them.

Trust me, they will make all the right noises to begin with, but once you've signed up, the lunatics have taken over the Asylum!

The staff is super friendly,honest,warm, understanding and welcoming we have just acquired our first house to rent in England and they made the process way easier than we imagined....I don't think there's any other place one would get such service

Having spent the last 14 years in Lancashire, moving back to Sudbury was not gonna be straight forward - But Elaine took the time to understand my situation and the challenges that the distance creates. She was happy to liaise with my brother for viewings, and talked me through every stage of the process. Everything was managed from a distance through to the moving in date. Thanks to Ryan too for supporting. Leaders are by far the most professional agency I’ve used.

We rented from Leaders (Sudbury) due to relocation and they have been absolutely amazing from the first contact to the early release from the rented property as we bought quicker than expected.
