Ive had many inspections with Deborah over the years she is always very pleasant, respectful and professional, always helpful when reporting any issues that arise

Inspections can be quite daunting for tenants but Debbie is always very quick, professional and friendly, even listening to me rabbit on. She's a breath of fresh air. I've had to reschedule automated appointments or request certain times a lot due to night shifts or wanting to be present and Leaders and Debbie have always been very mindful and accommodating of this.

Quick and nice inspections.

I have had a couple of interactions with Debbie, both times Debbie has been brilliant. Professional, kind, polite and considerate. She would come with the highest recommendation from my wife and I for her services.

Deborah is always cheerful and polite when she does inspections. She is always helpful and supportive if there are any repairs etc to be be reported. Lovely lady and goes out of her way not be intrusive. 10/10

Debbie is always considerate when carrying out our inspections. She always talks us through and make sure everything is okay. Inspections can be quite nerve racking as a Tennant but Debbie always makes the experience positive.

This is our first inspection and it was amazing, Debbie just asked about the problem we are facing concerning the house, she is so calm and lovely. She did a great job job

Debbie is a lovely lady who comes to do the initial and 3 monthly inspection. Both times I've found her to be friendly and helpful. She also stops to say hi when she is out and about on the estate.
