Daryl at Leaders Southampton was great throughout the whole process of selling my house. From beginning to end he was very responsive, informative and kept me fully updated. His knowledge of the housing market in the Southampton area was excellent and he went out of his way to help in any way he could. I would recommend very highly.

Please do not use them, they are a scam and took my holding deposit and also did not allowed me to move in on time! had to look for something else on a very short notice period!

I was alerted by my camera while away that a person has trespassed her way illegally and without prior notice to the inside of my flat. Upon seeing that, I asked her to leave immediately using the camera speakers and threatened to call the police if she does not comply. The agency "Leaders", from which I had rented the flat later confirmed upon my request that the person is an employee of
theirs but failed to provide any proof of prior notice to me. There has been no emergency of any kind that justified the trespassing of their employee and the reason of that incident remains unclear
to me. Due to that unlawful act, I was in constant fear that someone might trespass again and breach my privacy at my own home. This led me to moving out of the property at an added cost and effort. I fear that this agency has been breaking the law in that manner for for a long time and that they feel that are immune from adhering to the law due to the lack of complaints. I do not recommend dealing with this agency if you value your privacy and safe of mind at home.

Do not trust a single word of them. Ask for a copy of your contract days before signing it as they write what ever they want and in the day, you don't get enough time to spend on reading it. They pass your details to energy suppliers even when you have asked them not to intervene with the management of your energy bills. And they are in contact with one of the worst energy suppliers in UK : OVO

Adriana goes above and beyond, I can't tell you how reassuring she has been when I've needed support, whether a maintenance issue or renewing tenancy.
Always efficient and quick, she on the job straight away.

Our experience through Leaders is one of the best due to Sandra. We've never met someone like Sandra, who was so wonderful, amazing and work oriented person in my 25 years of experience with any other estate agent.. she's been updating things through email even when she was off and also sometimes with the support of her colleague.
We wouldn't have got this property so quick if Sandra wasn't there. Thank you Leaders for giving support through this lovely little girl. Wish you all the best to move forward with this amazing team.

Have had such an amazing experience with a staff member named Ash. They are always so polite and helpful I have had a great experience becoming a tenant thanks to them it has helped a lot with the stress of moving knowing I can easily email someone and get a polite and useful response!!

Appalling company. DO NOT USE. Do not resolve problems!!! Totally useless. Go elsewhere

A very willing team who work to achieve the goal of moving the property on.

First tenant had a dog, signed to say no dogs allowed. Trashed the place that was newly decorated. Second tenant they chose for me left without paying for months, Leaders said ‘if you want the rent it’s up to you to chase it’

Absolutely outstanding! Excellent communication and attention to detail. I'm looking forward to working with the Leaders again.

Took months to get a refund on a service billed to me in error.
No inspections done for almost 2 years, can't get answers to email or phone calls. Only when I go up the chain do I finally get answers, but have to start all over again with explanations. Repeat myself over and over again.
Have seriously never in my life experienced such terrible service - its actually beyond believable!

I was called by Leaders in Southampton and had all my viewings cancelled because "no landlords would accept my situation". I was waiting to start work and still on universal credit temporarily. Is this discrimination??

useless lazy sales people
I am a keen buyer, but to get info out of sales agents like Megan -southampton is like drawing blood out a stone. Ridiculous. If you going to invest in a property you think that rental income - service charges and length of leasehold would be very important to a buyer BUT no you cant get that info-its obviously to much effort involved - why not put the info in your property advert. UK estate agents are the laziest salespeople in the world and actually in other sales as well I have found as well. No proper contact details - WHY?? So frustrating
