Absolutely appalling. If you're a landlord I would avoid at all costs.
I have been using their rent collect service for 3 years. They have tried to sneak on additional charges to my statements, not once but twice. They are terrible at finding tenants. They told me they had secured a tenant and on the day she was moving in, told me she didn't pass her referencing, but still strong armed me into letting her move in, 6 months later she couldn't pay rent and had to move out. After that they didn't find me another tenant and left the room empty for 5 months, until I finally decided to take my business elsewhere. Oh and when you do try to leave they squeeze you for all the money they can.

Positive experience all round, Josh showed me round property and was very helpful and Liam went above and beyond to help. Unfortunately I didn’t secure the house but Leaders would be my 1st choice to rent through in the future.

Josh was so helpful when showing me around, being a new renter he really helped to put me at ease and made sure I understood everything.

Liam C. was extremely helpful in helping me securing the property I moved in. He gave me good advices and managed to make the process as smooth as possible. Very professional, reliable and always friendly. Excellent service!

CJ offered a lot of support for me in my property search. He was nice and friendly.

Joelle showed us around the property and was really helpful. She was prompt in resolving our queries and responded quickly whenever we had issues.

I would like to bring to your attention our dissatisfaction with the experience we have had letting out our property at Dexters Grove Hucknall Nottingham through your Agency. We have found that your managed property letting staff are inexperienced, unresponsive to paid customers' needs, and lacking in professionalism. We are disappointed with the calibre of tenants you have sourced for us, as they have been clumsy, careless and unable to follow simple letting policy agreements. As a result, we do not plan to engage your company for any future services and will not recommend your services to others.

Josh showed me around the property. He was polite and did a great job with the viewing, especially considering it was his first week in the job!

Joelle was really nice and showed a great personality when viewing the house. I had my doubts when viewing online at first but after the great experience and wonderful service, I was able to know Leaders would be a good choice.

Avoid Leaders at all costs. They are totally incompetent and professionally negligent . They are only interested in grabbing money and deliver a disgraceful service to both landlord and tenants. They are non responsive to both sides, they do not deal with any maintenance issues, they will try their best to stitch you up through loopholes in their contracts. If I could give no stars I would.

Kornelija, has managed everything about the sale of our house - she did all the checks and only invited a few who were truly interested in buying, she's polite articulate and diligent. I cannot thank you enough.

We viewed 3 properties with Kully Ianda. We were very interested in one of them the most, and he did his due diligence of checking every detail about the property, whether we could have a pet or parking space, whether it's possible to negotiate for a different price, he was genuine, communicative, and followed through on checking the details we asked for. We did go for a different property in the end as it met our requirements better, but this agent still deserves praise :)

The No deposit option is a big scam.They lure you into it they give you contract very late such that you will not have the option to review properly before signing.

When you complain about mould or repairs in the house they ask you to just open the window without any support from them.

When you move out of the house you get charged exorbitantly for repairs which you complained to them that they didn't do then they refer you to there contract.

Please avoid them and there no deposit option at all cost.

She is really sweet and right on time and is really professional. Wonderful customer service as well.I would really recommend Leaders and Joelle especially.

This was my first time to purchase a property overseas and I found Leaders in the internet. If you wan't rent from them house prepere for unprofessionaly agents and with stolen money from you! There sp in rulles like there want!
