I recently rented with Leaders and their customer service was excellent. They are true to their word. The accommodation is very clean to a high standard and I will recommend them to my loved ones.

Was shown a room in a Northampton property and had a very positive viewing. Estate agent Faith was very positive and answered all my questions whilst viewing. There was lots of paperwork to fill out which was a pain. But was helped along the way by estate agent Faith which made it less stressful. Was very happy with the service and support I received from her and rest of Leaders staff in Northampton.

This is our second time of renting a property and it was very smooth. From the start when we contacted them until we finalised everything. The staff who led us was very kind and was very patient with us. She answered all our questions and doubts. This is one of the best experiences I have had so far or should I say the best.

Good communication skills and guidance, always calling to explain every detail to you especially Faith she was very patient and lovely, as l was calling repeatedly she was answering and giving me good advice. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Faith.

First time renting a property. Lillian was very helpful, supportive and gave clear and concise communication. All estate agents were very competitive and I thought Lillian was the difference for me in helping me choose which Estate agent to use. So far the service from Leaders has been great.

It was our first time as landlords, it was an unexpected decision but as soon as we got in touch with Leaders in Northampton they made the process so much easier. Unlike other lettings agents they met us in person and provided with extensive and invaluable information in relation to renting out our property. Once me made the decision to go with them we were in regular contact with Jolanta in the office, she was always available, even if we left a message she would always call us right back and any query big or small she was always incredibly polite and helpful. Over the past few years I have used a number of different property rental agents to manage my properties. I have not been impressed with the service from any of them. She really does ensure that everything is done to find good quality, reliable, tenants. Jolanta ensures that all necessary documentation is handled without any fuss and all maintenance issues are resolved quickly, at a surprisingly low cost.
