Honestly, the best experience with Leaders Northampton Branch!
I felt supported from the very first point of contact. Just absolutely wonderful people here who genuinely cares and know how much it means to getting a place you can call home.
They didn't create any hassle throughout the process and I didn't feel anxious at all. They communicated throughout and was always available to speak to me if I needed. I also received the most thoughtful gift with goodies for everyone!

Have recently dealt with Lillian from leaders Northampton branch whilst looking to rent the property we are now in and love. She was absolutely fabulous, really friendly, helpful, kind and efficient. No task was too small and no question was too silly. She made the whole process simple and provided 1st class support throughout. Give this woman a raise!

This is strange review really ., I didn’t rent off them due to this terrible service
I had a viewing with the manager of lettings , Jolanta , who I’d like to add never acknowledges emails .
I had a viewing of a house in Irchester , with this agent, I’ve tried to rent it before with another agent. The house was in such a terrible state , from existing tenants it was un rentable . When I saw leaders had this, I felt quite relieved to be honest .
Had the viewing with Lilliana , who is very nice
Then I spoke with this branch manager , whose attitude I didn’t like at all , plus she coukdnt answer questions !!
So I did what she said , filled out the 16 questions with other comments that I’d like to change carpets at my own cost including showers . Offered the full rental price , leaders put it’s had a refurb, no it’s been painted with a couple of new windows .she explained all offers would go to the landlord , then they would decide . Not ideal but fair I guess
Before I got a yes or a no , the manager sent me an email . Not thank you for filling in the questionnaire or it is with the landlord we will keep you updated . Instead , the landlord has changed his mind it’s now £250 a month more . No explanation or anything , just let me know if you are basically still interested
To be honest I would have paid that if it was advertised at that price . The property needs money spending on it , at my cost but it will be beneficial to the landlord . Also it’s my choice
When I make a full offer I don’t expect it’s now gone up . I told her I do not do business this way . Obviously a few offers came in so the landlord upped the price . But leaders no communication whatsoever why!! And not even a reply to my email , after I thanked her for her time . I’ve got away lightly after reading these reviews . But I expected more from leaders

My new property move in was hassle free and less stress with the kind and friendly help of their staff illian Cull‑Simmonds​​​​ Marla. She was the best and the entire team at the office. Thanks for the welcome gift also. It’s well appreciated.
