Exactly what you want from a company

In my experience, they have not been a reliable estate agency. I would advise landlords to avoid giving them properties to manage, as payments were repeatedly delayed even when tenants paid their rent on time. Please be cautious if you wish to avoid potential financial complications.

I recently had a frustrating experience with [Estate Agent's Name] regarding a property I viewed on Friday. After expressing immediate interest at the viewing, I was given a form to complete once I returned home. However, to my surprise, I noticed that the advertisement for the house changed to "let agreed" within just an hour of the viewing.

I called the agency to clarify and was told they would get back to me. However, when I called again the next day, I was informed that the house had been let to another person. It’s hard for me to understand how a property could go from a viewing to “let agreed” and pass all compliance checks in such a short timeframe—this lack of transparency raises serious concerns.

To make matters worse, I received an email from the manager, Falon, apologizing for the situation but referencing a different house that I had never viewed. This confusion on their part only adds to my frustration.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the communication and service provided by [Estate Agent's Name]. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience and urge them to improve their processes and customer communication moving forward.

As a tradesperson undertaking work in a property on behalf of Leaders (Nantwich), I would seriously warn any other trader to get your money first before even getting out of your van. My invoices carry our terms of "Settlement on Completion"; a joke to Leaders who fob you off with either, "It's been paid" or "Payment will be in your account in a few days", only for nothing to appear. Avoid

Many thanks to Paula McCafferty, my property manager at Leaders, who skilfully managed several improvement projects at the same time. She made sure my needs as a landlord were addressed at the same time as ensuring the tenant was impacted as little as possible. Thanks for a great job Paula!

An abject lack of care and attention generally. Tenants caused permanent damage to a new boiler, broke three ceramic floor tiles that was not even mentioned in a checkout report. Over a number of years I’ve struggled to find any decent letting agents but the move to Leaders has proved to be nothing other than a costly mistake.

Leaders is so helpful. One of their agents, Grace, is so quick to help and get you on the right path to finding a home. Would recommend Leaders to everyone looking on the market

Absolutely disgusting treatment of their Tennant's they promise the earth and deliver nothing we were with them for 13 months and all things I reported were never followed up they never ever replied to Emails and just are a very poor management company

As a tenant, I can't recommend Leaders Nantwich anymore highly, always very helpful and dealt with any property matters immediately. Joanna in particular is a star.
