Leaders Lowestoft are great everyone very helpful and polite, especially Carole reader who went above and beyond to help me get into my dream home, I moved from London to Lowestoft with my 3 children and dog, so everything was very stressful but Carole made sure that it all went to plan.. I will be forever grateful.. Thank you Carole and thank you leaders lowestoft..!!

We spoke to Clare Bennett and she was so incredibly helpful for me and my partner, she managed to help us get into our new home and we are very very greatful.

Clare Bennett handled the process in a manner that made the process quick yet informative.
A pleasant surprise after a lot of negative experiences with letting agents.

What can I say? Without Clare Bennet the Senior Negotiator, I wouldn’t be moving at all! The referencing process for myself was so complicated and time consuming and almost didn’t happen as I was originally declined through no fault of the agency. Clare worked tirelessly to work round this with both I, the referencing agency and Landlord to determine a successful application which she did. My move date was delayed by 10 days but was almost delayed indefinitely so thank you so much Clare for your tireless efforts. You are a real asset to this team and deserve major credit for your work! Me and my partner have just moved into a new rental property together. I first contacted Clare Bennett in regards to renting a property. Our story was not run of the mill as me and my family had just relocated from Spain. After numerous attempts and being let down by other estate agents I called clare and within 2 hours she had secured myself and my family a amazing 3 bedroom property to rent exactly where we wanted. This was what estate agent or letting agents should do, went above and beyond for us. They didn't just say nothing available like all other companies we visited that day, with a cheeky good luck as we left there office, the service was fast and informative and got the job done for us so we could all go on our easter holidays. We didn't have much hope untill we entered Leaders in lowestoft, they really are different to the rest, much appreciated.

I'm moving location with my job. I work for the NHS in Birmingham moving to Lowestoft, Suffolk.
I needed to move quickly but don't know the Lowestoft area at all.
I contacted Leaders in Lowestoft and was put in touch with Clare who deals with the lettings there.
I explained my situation to Clare who immediately went into action locating potential properties for me.
It wasn't long before I found what I was looking for. I left it in Clares capable hands who from start to finish was more than helpful. Myself and my husband decided to move from Kent to Norfolk, with some apprehension as at our age it was a big move to make. However we are so pleased that our landlord decided to choose Leaders at Lowestoft to deal with our rental. They have made the move so easy, they have led us every step of the way and we’ve just had to follow their lead, making sure we forget nothing.
