I had a fantastic experience renting....I had a fantastic experience renting through a letting agency, and I want to especially highlight the excellent service provided by Selwyn.
. From the very beginning, Selwyn was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. He made the entire renting process smooth and stress-free, always responding promptly to any questions or concerns i had.
Throughout my tenancy, Selwyn was reliable and attentive, ensuring any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. It's clear he genuinely cares about both the tenants and the properties he manages. His friendly and respectful manner made a big difference, and I always felt well looked after.

Exceptional Service from Lillie — Supportive, Fast & Professional
My experience with Lillie at Leaders has been outstanding from start to finish. She guided me through the entire letting process with so much patience, clarity, and professionalism.
What truly stood out was her kindness - she communicated promptly, explained every step clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.
Lillie is a brilliant representative of the company, and her customer care is exceptional, I am actually surprised she is still a trainee…. She should be promoted already… hahaha.
Honestly, I’m genuinely grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property.

It needs to be said
I feel I need to express my appreciation and gratitude to Selwyn Pacheco for all his help with my rental properties over the years. Never lets me down. He is approachable, reliable and deals with any issues I’ve had with tenants/properties, in a calm and methodical manner. He puts himself out even in his own personal time. He thinks and works like a manager and goes above and beyond what could be reasonably expected and in my opinion he should be a manager.
