Great service from the team, especially my property manager Jo Stakim, who has really gone the extra mile for me this year whilst recovering from a heart attack.

I have very helpful communication with Leaders in particular with Scarlet Hobbs‑Winstanley. She has liased with our landlord effectively to address any issues or requests resulting in positive outcomes.

Over the years I have always found Leaders to be professional and indeed helpful too . All the staff are good .
I would like to single out Scarlet Hobbs-Winstanley who has taken over some of my account recently . I don’t give praise easily but from my many contacts with her this past month or so I have found her to be hard working , always getting back to me in a timely manner . It’s a pleasure to deal with her and I hope I shall be doing so for many years to come

I've been dealing with Joanne S at leaders for over a year now and she's restored my faith in estate agents. She is always quick to respond to any issues and is highly professional, definitely deserving of my 5 stars!

Francesca was amazing always so helpful and nothing was to much bother for her. It was such a help knowing if I had a problem she was there to sort it.

Adam who is based in the Hove branch has been our property manager for several years. He is always very professional and hard working and we are extremely happy with the service we receive. Thank you Adam for all that you do for us.

Very efficient turnaround of the dishwasher repair by Joanne Stakim. I reported the issue and, although it wasn't an urgent priority at the time, Joanne coordinated all of the repairs and kept me informed in a timely manner. She took on board my feedback about the initial repair and quickly got another person to come round with the required parts. Dishwasher is working effectively now and we'll keep monitoring it over the next few days to ensure that it's not having any issues.

Just Like to thank Adam Mcilwaine for his support, positive attitude, professionalism & a little social wit as well as his patience.

He answers his calls, addresses concerns & always gets the work agreed with the quickest turnaround time, liaising with the building trustees.

Always a can do attitude and his professional matter, treating every individual with respect.

He is a leader and if leaders need more people like him, promote him in training them before they get to manage, because before he came along there were 5 different agents that said yes to requests & did nothing.

He is a great example of a managing agent and a true gentleman and the only reason why I left after over 6 years of living in my studio is because I’ve relocated on the 29th January to Almeria in Spain.

At the end of tenancy the tenants simply took their bags and left the house in a disgusting state that meant a full refurb was necessary. Jo Stakim my contact at leaders was excellent and put a lot of time and effort in to ensuring that procedures were followed correctly, providing evidence etc. so that I could claim against the tenant deposit to at least retrieve some of the costs and the full amount was claimed against their deposit rightly so, although they tried to counter claim Jo left them with nowhere to go so thank you Jo.

One of the worst experiences as a tenant in UK, they just looked after the Landlord which was a greedy man, they never replied to our email , changing manger every week and no communication. Never had any repair done. We almost lost a flat as they didn’t reply to the reference company too and we had to chase them to get this done. Always automatic reply as the person in charge was on Holiday.
We lost half of the deposit for no real reason and we wish this review can help other people to avoid them if they going to rent in Hove. There is much more but too long to express all our frustration with them.
Be aware they are so bad that you wont stay in the flat for more then 1 year so better choose properly your place if you moving there.

Friendly genuine kind and patient. Lara was warm and kind.Really attentive, great listening to what type of accommodation I was looking for.

Don’t what ever you do use their no deposit option. It’s basically a way of paying them to if need be take legal action against you. All it offers is protection to them and the landlord and I have thrown away £36 a month for four years.
They are just there for landlords and don’t care about the tenants In anyway.

I was conned out of £1000 by leaders in hove. I didn't understand that the No deposit scheme was optional. I asked for clarity about why I wasn't being asked for a deposit but they ignored my emails. When I complained the staff smirked and said that I had signed the contract.
The tradesmen they sent to my poor landlords house were atrocious. In some cases they made problems worse.

Thank you for all the support and the great customer service. A special shout out to Lynn in the Hove office. She is both efficient and friendly and is a safe pair of hands and guides a new landlord through the entire process. It really shows how much she enjoys her role. Thank you Lynn.
Leaders are competitive and thorough in their entire approach, exactly what tenants and landlords need. Good job !

Appalling service. As a new landlord, it has been a horrendous and stressful experience. They’ve been disorganised, dreadful communicators and cost us a lot of money.
