Good experience

Our house has been let for 15 years and then we decided to sell the house. In both the property management, where Lisa has been exceptional in handling our rental, and in sale, where Emma has been equally fantastic, we have had the good fortune of being with the right teams. And the best Estate agents. Could not thank them enough.

“I first met Sophie as we prepared to let my mother in law’s 4 bedroom house in Epsom around February 2020. I had no hesitation in instructing her and my gut feel was well rewarded as we managed to get a tenant just before the covid lockdown. Since then the house has not experienced and lengthy voids and Sophie and her team have provided excellent levels of service.

Five years have now passed and Sophie’s recent return to the Epsom office is much welcomed by me as she knows the story from the start and it makes communication so much easier.

Excellent service, all staff we dealt with were professional and helpful, the sale went through in the time advised by Leaders and there were no problems, we would highly recommend Leaders.

The company have quick respond on my request and keep update of my purchasing condition. I am happy to not only having the E-mail updating the purchasing condition but also would like to have more telephone conversation with the responsible agent to know the detail of the purchasing process.

Lisa from Leaders in Epsom took over managing the property for me mid tenancy as I was having various issues with the rental that needed support. From day one she was excellent. She was professional, courteous to the tenants & brilliant at negotiating between tenants & myself as landlord so both parties were happy. She made sure that all the safety & legal documents were up to date & arranged for various inspections to be done & all at a very competitive rate. When the tenants left she really showed her worth though, as she went above & beyond to resolve all the outstanding issues. I know that both myself & the tenants really benefited from this. The bonus was she did all this hard work as part of the Mgt agreement and always with a smile!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I have had renting a house through your property management company. Your team has been incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, making it easy for me to settle in and feel at home.

I would also like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Lisa Baker for her beautiful and helpful time and support during my stay. Her attentiveness and responsiveness to my needs have been greatly appreciated, and I have felt truly valued as a tenant under her care.

I just felt there wasn't enough 'pushing' I was doing everything I physically could to move before Christmas and all parties were aware of that and were on board but we didn't complete until Feb 7th. Every time I chased Leaders and Lifetime Legal, (which was daily) pretty much the response I got was 'we have emailed the buyers solicitor and are waiting to hear back, we will chase again tomorrow' PICK UP THE PHONE!! Because of the delay, I was away from my wife and baby for 5 weeks and to me, that is not acceptable.
