What a fab team at the Crewe Office of Leaders. They found me a tenant in 4 days, at one of the hardest times of the year, just before Christmas. A leading estate agent in Newcastle had not found me a tenant in 5 weeks - thank goodness someone put me onto Leaders.

Definitely will be using them again, very professional and don't sit round waiting for something to happen, they actively work hard to find you the ideal tenant.

The friendliness and professionalism I experienced from Grace was fantastic. She's is quite easy to approach and has good customer service skills. She's the only one I am comfortable to speak with among other staff members because she is calm, approachable, patient and able to answer my questions whenever I called. Grace has an excellent customer service approach. She is a lovely lady. She made my home move journey a smooth one, even when I thought I wouldn't be able, the positivity in her encouraged me. Thank you Grace.

I am a new client of Leaders. A little expensive for their full service. But so far so good.
I receive a prompt and professional service from my account manager Jo L @ Crewe.
That said all the staff I have dealt with @ Crewe have been excellent but as my main dealing are with Jo L I think she deserves the most praise.

I would like to praise Jo Gordon (previous Jo Lawrinson) in the Crewe office who manages my properties.
I have found it incredibly difficult to find someone reliable to look after my houses but Jo has filled the gap and she deals with queries promptly and has access to good, quality tradesmen to resolve issues.
Jo has definitely helped reduce my stress levels!

Jo (Crewe office property management) & Grace (Nantwich office) should both be promoted to directors.

Difficulties with the Buyers Solicitors, made what was a straightforward sale very protracted unnecessarily.

Joanna Lawrinson went above and beyond to help resolve an alarm issue in our home.
My child is autistic and was melting down over the constant bleep noise.
Joanna got the problem delt with swiftly and someone came to the home a few hours later.
She has also delt with a number of other issues promptly and has always communicated well.

My experience with leaders has been lovely, very transparent and they are always ready to help. I want to especially thank Joanna Lawrinson who helped me every step of the way from October 2022 till now. I would choose leaders over and over again.

After falling behind on my payments because of personal issues my property manager Joanna Lawrinson and the team have been very patient and helpful with me to resolve and I can now relax knowing that as long as we communicate she’ll be able to help .
She is very approachable 👍

Please avoid if you can and if you’ve got no choice, ensure you insist on physical viewing as they’re fond of advertising virtual viewing experience.

You cannot trust their virtual viewing tour as they have a perfect way of concealing important information that could misinform you about the true state of the property.

Don’t be pressured to sign any documents until you do physical viewing even if they say ‘there are many people lobbying for the property’ or ‘work is on going on the property’. Insist you want to view physically before you sign any contract with them!

They don’t care about customers genuine concerns; they are simply after their own pockets.

The greatest nightmare and most unpleasant experience for a first tenant in town.

I will never recommend this agency!

As a Landlord, I have worked with the Leaders team since 2017 and they have always been on their game. From looking after the property to managing tenants, I cannot fault their service.

Their back office staff are also great. Recently, I had a query on an invoice to which Jo from their accounts team called me to explain and rectify my concern the same day - super customer service!

After 4 years in the same property we have just vacated due to geographical relocation with work.
