Excellent communication and work. Tikal Betz is the property manager of my apartment. She is a great professional and she knows how to handle any questions she may have regarding my home very well. She has helped me troubleshoot and solve all my questions. A 10/10 Excellent!

We had been letting our house in Cambridge, through another letting-agent, for many years. Increasingly, we felt that we were being taken for granted. Poor levels of service convinced us that our interests were definitely not a priority and that we needed to look elsewhere.
In February, this year, we spoke to Jack Eade of Leaders. Immediately, we felt that we had entered a different and infinitely better world, where our interests would actually matter. Jack is proactive, efficient and effective. He visited our property; identified necessary alterations and improvements; and found an excellent builder to carry them out. In just two months, our house has been updated, upgraded, and let.

Getting moved into our rental property had its ups and downs.

Our property manager then left, but our experience since then has only got better as Tikal has been wonderful - responsive and always willing to help. We cannot fault Tikal!

To potential tenants- stay well clear of this company. I'd rather get a tent or a camper van than rent with them. They tried to scam us into buying insurance with a very dodgy company, making up as if it was mandatory. Then rented the place to someone else when we were still in the house waiting for the completion on our sale (partially landlords fault but they haven't communicated with us properly).

We had a mixed experience during our time letting with Leaders. Our property manager initally wasn't very responsive, and we had to chase for requests to be actioned, but half way though our tenancy we were assigned Tikal Betz who was great - very responsive and professional. We couldn't fault the service after dealing with Tikal.

My Experience with Leaders has been very good and seamless. Especially Clare Wraith was very helpful in onboarding, sorting things out and for moving out process.

We've just moved into our new flat with Leaders and the experience has been good. In particular, some maintenance issues noted before the move were very efficiently resolved (although close to the bank holiday weekend) by our property manager Tikal. Hope to keep getting excellent service from them.

Part way through my tenancy, my old property manager left and my new property manager (Tikal Betz) was assigned as my property manager. Tikal is very responsive in answering any queries I had (by email or phone) and provided a very positive level of customer service, that reflects well on Leaders - Cambridge.

So refreshing - A letting agent that is contactable, prompt in response and actually actions what they say. I've recently moved out of my property managed by Leaders and was nervous to begin the process due to past experience, but Clare was super helpful throughout and couldn't have made the process easier.

Don’t have much experience with the company in general, but many thanks to Tikal Betz (property manager in my case) for a very professional way of dealing with things and a lot of patience, making the entire process for me smooth and uneventful.

Ms Tikal Betz is most professional and prompt in dealing with the endlessly recurring and extremely frustrating rubbish-disposal situation in our block. She is our only point of contact, even though it is not Leaders' problem. Her diplomacy is exemplary, but she really understands how it affects us. Couldn't be better!

Took a holding deposit for a property that was totally unprepared. They booked a viewing without having keys to the property so couldn't view. Tried to force me to pay insurance and first month's rent despite contract not being signed. After we cancelled, few days later saw an ad for the same property, but the availability date was pushed up to the day we cancelled, even though we never set foot in the property, whereas when we first saw the property ad it had already been up a few months. So got strong impression of scamming and fraudulent advertising.

Simply do not trust them! They will do anything to get as much money as possible from you. What seems to be a classic Leaders move, check other reviews, is to force you into "no-deposit" scheme without explaining how this works, I am still surprised this is even legal. Then (Landlords be careful) they will not find any issue when you leave, so they can keep the whole loot for themselves. Perfect "crime".

Changed the gas and electric meters without my knowledge when I was in the United states, I ended up with a 300 pound gas bill for one month at the end of my tenancy even though I wasn't in the property.

No real problems while living in the property but leaving was a nightmare. Deposit scheme paid over 2 and a half years seems more of a scam than beneficial.

Clare Wraith has been enormously helpful with the dealing of rental matters. Without her competent,prompt and knowledgeable advice, I would have encountered great difficulties concerning my rental property. It's a great relief that Clare is like oking after my flats.
