As a Landlord with many properties, I was impressed with Shuk's ability to make me feel like a valued landlord and not just the next customer walking through the door.

Great experience.
I enquired about a property and Lillie got in touch with me within the hour (which is unheard of when I have contacted estate agents before).
Regrettably the property went under offer the day of my viewing, but Lillie again let me know with lots of notice.
She then helped me with another query even though she didnt really have too.
If her bosses read this, she is a credit to your firm.

Great service, very responsive
Although we haven't booked through them yet, Lillie Blackabee was incredible with her service to us throughout our rental hunt. It felt like we were getting such a personal service with her and had a team behind us along the way. Couldn't recommend this company enough if all the agents are like her!
