Car park is part of the marina cost... you pay it in advence, but the marina management subcontracted the car park monitoring to a company called saba. Marina office gives you a little card to display on your screen, but it is not a sticker. Some part of t car park is only accessible via two sets of barriers with a key. At one point after going through two sets of barrier, you forget to put the card on your front screen, here is the moment saba fines you £140
for that. This is how predatory they operate , setting you up to fail and get your money, project that back to the other areas and that is what you will expexperience in that marina.

Always very good service from the branch at Brighton Marina. I email instructions to the branch manager Chloe. I always get a speedy and helpful response. This is customer service at its finest. A letting agent that is proactive and dynamic. Far better than the rest. Highly recommended.

Chloe Bradwell lettings manager at Brighton marina was fantastic ..she was so helpful and knowledgeable ...she is great at her job ..gave me lots of good ideas..

no respect to the clients , there are bands of contractors connected to the managers for every job that do not provide good quality service but with very high cost , they do their best to charge tenants for existing old problems in the properties by using confusing words in contracts, the security of the resort is suspicious of cooperating with thieves

We have just recently moved into our new property and were very impressed by the service provided by Molly. Molly was very professional and kept us updated throughout the leasing process. She has a positive approach to her work and always greeted us with a smile on her face.

No one went there before the rental and consequently not only did it have a constant leakage of toxic fumes in it only one bed which was itchy and caused massive health problems. All in all a little icky for me. No tenancy should be so much as £1850 and can’t even live in the property plus not much was done so slept outside which is colder than cold as no one came to look or sort it out AND they left the tenancy after two months to AnOTHER agency to sort out the problems. So all in all a big crap apartment for no reason. I buy now-no point in renting through these massive estate agencies. As no one cares anymore. Suzy

Unprofessional service
Meant to write this review couple of months back. Extremely unprofessional staff and management in their responses. As a landlord you need your property looked after in your absence . Wouldn't recommend this agent to anyone.
