Had a house inspection recently, and Sam was friendly as usual, made the inspection smooth and efficient as usual have been in the house a long time now with Rosedale and now Leaders, never had any problem with them.

I have had my home recently inspected, and I was very pleased with it. Sam is always friendly, and she makes my home inspection very friendly. She makes it feel like it's a friendly visit. I would give her 10 stars if I could 😊.

A great company with reputable staff and they give you what you need based on your discussions, budget and overall needs. Will use them again and again.

Do not do business with this company. They are only interested in making money for themselves not their clients. Service is poor, most services have been centralised and monies are regularly withheld without permission. Go with a local agent not multiples. My comments here are as a landlord.

Used leaders in Holbeach for the sale of my property and they gave me a timewaster who pulled out in the last days of a sale ruining my life. Estate agents have a policy of not passing on details of buyers, not their address or any ability to make direct contact with buyers or their agents/lawyers. As a result we totally are stuck with an estate agent's assessment of buyers honesty and totally rely on this judgement as we are barred from finding things out and doing are own due diligence. When buyers pull out with no advanced notice, especially as with my case, where I had repeatedly voiced concerns and was placated, this is a clear failure of professional standards. Either estate agents have to stop being paranoid and pass all details of buyers over, and allow direct contact, or pay compensation for those who pull out having been guaranteed that they are genuine buyers.

I first come across leaders early this year when my landlord of 12 years told me they were selling my current home, so I was in the hunt for a new property. From viewing to getting the keys, everything was so streamlined, no issues at all, even now I have been in the property nearly a year and repairs are dealt with very quickly and inspections are done by the lovely Sam. Would deffo use again and recommend to friends if anyone needed a rental property.

Sam always provides friendly, helpful and efficient service. Always keen and willing to fix any issues which might arise.

Personally a 1 star is really pushing it. We applied for a new property, was told the landlord wanted the non deposit opinion ( read the small print peeps) after that they took the holding deposit and then informed us that we would be requiring £6600 upfront to pay, just because we were self employed (at least we work) only to be fobbed of with every email, phone call and didnt answer we was then told no due to bad credit history.
Won't use in the future and make sure you read everything throughly

If I could give this company no stars, I would!!
I have moved out of the house, I am now being charged £250 for cleaning and £225 for gardening, both was in a crap state when I moved in.
The house was dirty and the landlord and Leaders both said it didn't need cleaning!! it absolutely did.
rip off company and outrageously disgraceful customer service, they do not give a toss about the tenants, only the money they make from the landlords.
Wouldn't touch these again with a barge pole.
All I want is my deposit, it is borderline illegal what they are doing.

Linzi who looks after our account is very polite and profesional at her job

We have dealt with this company for several years, previously Rosedale. Always found the staff friendly, pleasant, approachable and knowledgeable.
They always checked with us first how we wished to proceed on any query from the tenants then dealt with the matter efficiently and quickly.
Have had contact mostly with Linzi, especially lately.

The most unprofessional, incapable and ill-mannered company I have ever dealt with. They are beyond disgusting and I am amazed they are still in business. The office is full of air-heads, not a brain cell between them and they all act above their station trying to be efficient but it is comedy gold. They only work for landlords, not interested in tenants or their problems. Try to make out they care when their actions show they don't care at all. To say they are useless is an understatement. I recommend everyone not to touch them with a bargepole.

I have been renting through Leaders for few years now, Linzi Taylor is always easy to contact and helpful when I have a question or need help with something. Overall great agency, no hassle and helpful!

Been with Leaders since bought out Rosedale. I recommend them due to the amazing service I get from Linzi Taylor. Nothing is too much trouble, she is friendly, always follows up on any issues to check you are OK and is the most efficient property manger I have come across which is no small thing as I have not only rented but been working in property myself for over 20 years. Thanks Linzi, you're the best.
