Amazing customer service!
Me and my partner have been super impressed with Aaron Carlow at Leaders Bitterne, who helped us through the renting process to get our new house.
He saw us through the whole thing starting from the viewing up until giving us our new keys.
He had an upbeat attitude and was very reassuring and helpful.
All the forms we had to fill out were easy, and when we got our keys Aaron explained everything and easily answered our questions. We also got a goody box with cider, chocolate and different samples in. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. I am so grateful to Aaron and Jayne. They quickly sorted my visa problem with home office which obstruct my tenancy application. They are very responsive and friendly. They work solution-oriented, I really appreciate that. Final day of my existing tenancy they put me in the new one which I really wanted. I can not recommend them enough. I can literally say more than a real estate agent. Thank you very much again.

Fantastic!
I have been using Leaders for several years now and I have always found them to be friendly, reliable and efficient. I have had various managers over the years and all of them have been fantastic, at present I have Helen and although I have never met her I am extremely happy with everything she has done for me. And I will add that over the years some of the staff have gone over and beyond what would normally be expected...so long may it last!
Good work from all the team!

Very happy new tenants
