I had the pleasure of dealing with both Natalie and Millie during my rental experience with Leaders. Millie on the viewing was friendly and informative, and Natalie’s customer service is second to none. She likes a chat as do I so will always put a smile on your face. Would highly recommend Leaders and Natalie in particular.

Leaders especially the agents assigned to my letting process were helpful and organized. Nathalie was able to do follow ups with the landlord regarding my questions and was happy to give updates as soon as possible. They have good customer service support and I hope that they continue to give such to others.

First time dealing with this estate agent, looking for a property is stressful but I have been given fantastic service by Millie, she is a great credit to the team and answered all my queries fast and has been very helpful ☺️

websites that ask for action but u can't do anything until your moved in then after so long they confirm automatically so if there was an issue you can't fix it.
asking for information that I could not give thanks to my job(small company)
I also called up 3 times to sort all of this out and they were helpful but it's been unnecessary stress.

I'm still looking for a place but am happy with the service I'm getting from Millie and George. Both of them are friendly and helpful!

What can i say.... i rang up this branch in a urgent case of looking for a new home for me and my partner after my old landlord served us a section 21 as they was selling the house and gave us 2 months to move. as you can image its been so stressful and quite emotional time for us in the middle of a cost of living crisis, work and everyday life. BUT as soon as i rang up Leaders at Belper and had the absolute amazing Millie help me find a house, apply and get accepted and mange to get us in the house before our deadline the weight this has lifted of our shoulders is unbelievable . i can not thank you all enough for your support and really fast replies to my emails and questions. again i can not thank Millie and Gemma enough for the support they have given me and my partner in our time of need. i would hate to think what situation we would be in without the help from you all!!

Phoned up regarding a rental property and spoke to Millie (from belper branch I believe) very polite on phone and very fast to respond to emails making the process to the property I was applying for a much smoother process.

Emma Parker was the one who has helped me since picking my keys up, really grateful for all the help with also reporting maintenance and getting in contact with the management she got this sorted for me straight away.

Used Belper, Derbyshire branch back in October last year (2022) many thsnks to Grace for helping to secure property from a distance and negiare with lovely landlady to have my pet at the property too. George for calming my nerves and making last minute arrangementcs on move day and rest of ths team involved too for your part loveky friendly office thsnks team
