I would like to say that the service and experience that I have received from the Beckenham & Bromley branch has been exemplary. I want to mention Riz Ali in particular. He was exceptional, kept in constant touch, plenty of updates. He is a committed, focussed a methodical worker. All throughout the sales of my properties, Riz showed, dedication and continuity. I had a great experience with Leaders Beckenham, especially Molly Lucking, who handled our tenancy from start to finish. Molly was professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the entire process. She kept us well informed at every stage, made everything clear and stress-free, and was always happy to help with any questions. The whole process was smooth and well managed. I would highly recommend Molly and the Leaders team to anyone looking to rent.

Shuk has been really helpful, from the beginning visit and onboarding process, answering several questions along the way; through to being available once a property manager was in place and helping me with escalations when I had some queries to resolve.

From the very first moment we contacted the letting agency, Molly was absolutely fantastic. She has been an absolute star throughout the entire process — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. Moving house can be stressful at the best of times, but Molly made everything so much easier and smoother for us.
She took the time to really listen to what we needed, always responded quickly to emails and calls, and went out of her way to make sure every question we had was answered clearly. Her communication was exceptional — we never felt left in the dark or unsure about what was happening. It was obvious that she genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect home rather than just trying to close a deal.
What stood out most was her warmth and attention to detail. From arranging viewings around our busy schedules to guiding us through the paperwork and even checking in afterwards to make sure we were settling in okay — Molly consistently went the extra mile. She made us feel supported and valued at every stage.
It’s rare these days to come across someone who truly loves what they do, but Molly is one of those people. Her professionalism, positivity, and personal touch made such a difference to our experience, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better help.
We’re absolutely thrilled with our new place and can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she put in behind the scenes to make it happen. If you’re looking for a letting agent who genuinely cares, knows their stuff, and makes the whole process a joy — ask for Molly. She’s simply the best!
