Quick shipping for coming from overseas (UK to US). Pieces are always solid quality, fun and creative. Clearer measurements for items would be useful, as sizing varies pretty wildly from one article to another. That said, reaching out with questions and completing returns has been easy.

I dislike the size guide and the numerous similar sizes which confuse the customer, especially if not anglophone. I appreciated the questions about the body, but I think it will be easier if you include a converter beyond the answers. I love your brand, but I had problems with the carriage of my orders and still no refund. I hope these things will change soon. Thank you for your work and sorry if I hurt your feelings.

I ordered the Esther Bunny Football Scarf after waiting for weeks for it to restock, and much to my disappointment it looks nothing like advertised. On the website, it looks to be beautiful pastel pink & baby blue. In real life, it's kind of a dark purple and darker blue, which is very disappointing and I honestly feel a bit deceived :( I have reached out to Lazy Oaf via contact options so I am waiting to hear back from them - I'm not sure if this recent restock was manufactured differently or something, or I got a dud one, or what.

Like I understand that items will look different to the website but this is a drastic difference. It's completely different colours to what is advertised. I wish companies would have consistency with what the item looks like advertised and what you actually get, because this certainly isn't right :(

Edit - Lazy Oaf got back to me and basically nothing came of it. They told me I could return it (they do not offer free returns, so I'd be out of pocket for an item that through no fault of my own isn't what I thought I was getting) or get a 10% discount (which would be a whole £3.50...) - fair enough, I guess, but I really don't think brands should be able to get away with such misleading marketing images! Please have at least one picture that shows the item with no filters / colour correction etc otherwise it's false advertising.

I have loved buying from this brand when I was in the UK but now that I moved to Italy I bought an item and it got stuck in customs. I have bought from other brands and in those cases the shipping company always sent me an email or gave me a phone call allowing me to pay online for shipping. This company has sent me nothing, I have shipped the order to work given that I work from the office every day and the receptionist called me asking me to come down, this guy with no official documentation asked me for 21 euros cash and of course I didn't have it given that I was given no warning. I have contacted Lazy Oaf about this and all they could do was sending me a link to the Italian customs official site which of course provides no help.

I really like the product but the shipping was a bit long, almost one month. It didn’t arrive in my mailbox I had to go pick it up.

I love the items, but I do not love the 30€ extra I had to pay for tax duty. I leave in Ireland, lazyoaf is based in uk. I can fly there for 30 quid. I will not purchase anything from UK again. Tax are excessive.

I have not received the item and have been sent two emails to review it already.

Very helpful email service of where the parcel was as an international order, and the packing was neat too.
