Bought a dress for my daughter for Xmas which had 3 white fabric snap buttons, one of which was missing the top part. I wrote to them asking for a spare button and they replied they did not have such a thing (I am old enough to remember when all clothes came with a spare button sewed into the label) they did say I could source a new button from a haberdashers (maybe if I could timetravel back to 1950 - my high street is mainly vape shops and over priced coffee) presumably paying for the buttons and sewing myself. Very poor for a dress that cost a smidgin less than £100. I would have returned it for a full refund but they didn’t have a replacement in stock and my daughter really wanted the dress so I had to suck it up and get sewing. Very poor service

I asked for my first order discount to be refunded (10%), which I forgot to use, and they refused. The items arrived (Fleece @ £120 and sale shoes). Very disappointed by one of the items; a pair of Mule shoes, which were SO wide that my feet almost fell through them entirely. This I would consider a fault, and when asking for the return postage of £5 to be covered, they asked for a photo but they’d already been shipped back. They would know the shoes are ill fitting - probably why they’re hugely reduced. Overall very poor customer service, which will prevent me ordering again. For the sake of the 10% coupon which is freely given to new customers, they have lost a customer.

Ridiculous Postage Costs
I paid £5 to receive the dress and it didn't fit right at the chest so I opted to return it; at which point I had to pay £5 to send it back. So basically I had to pay £10 to try on a dress worth ca.£30 which I didn't like enough.
I don't think I'll be buying from their online store again. Very bizarre.

Absolutely love it! The skirt I got was slightly bigger than expected but nothing a pin can’t fix. The pattern is beautiful as usual and the delivery came earlier than expected (so happy)

I recently placed my first order with Lazy Oaf for their Monchhichi collection. I was super excited about this collab, but this soon turned to utter disappointment. Despite placing my order early (through the app pre-sale) on the day of its release, I did not receive my order until over 1 month later. This was down to two of my three items being placed on ‘preorder’, despite them showing as in stock when I placed my order. This was bad enough customer service, as I did not receive any sort of communication regarding these delays. On top of this, I then receive a refund notification for one of my items. I did not request a refund at any point, and upon contacting customer services I was told there was a ‘sizing issue’ and whilst this was being sorted my size sold out. I was then reassured that my other two items had been dispatched, but upon receiving my package, only one of the items were included. Upon contacting customer services again, I was not given any clear reason as to why this happened (despite clearly requesting an explanation), and this item was then refunded. So, after spending around £170, I received one item which was a pack of socks. Utterly disappointing.
On top of this, when asking for an explanation for this total customer service disaster, I was repeatedly met with half hearted apologies and coupon codes despite informing the customer service agent that I would not be shopping here ever again. To my surprise, I then checked back on the website today and the two tops that I ordered are now back in stock. I would have been happy to wait another couple weeks for these items to come back in stock, but the customer services agents did not give me this option and just kept processing refunds as if that would solve anything.
The way this company works is ridiculous. If items are on ‘preorder’ on the day of its release, why release the collab if it’s not ready? On top of this, please train your customer services agents to properly read and respond to emails appropriately. After informing you of my disappointment time and time again, being met with a coupon code is like a slap in the face.
The 1 star here is for the good quality of the socks I received, but I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Good luck trying to get any answer from their customer support team in a timely manner. My order got stuck in US customs due to the package missing the manufacturer address. I was contacted by FedEx logistic’s team who gave Lazy Oaf and I one week to provide the address before they’d return it back to seller. I reached out to Lazy Oaf’s customer support, who responded with an automated message they’d get back to me within 1-2 days. A day later I got an email from Dayna stating they would find out the answer and get back to me. Two days go by…three days. No response. FedEx sends a follow up email to which Lazy Oaf never responds to. I send a personal follow-up, no response. I end up DM’ing them , and Dayna again answered they were going to find the answer out and message me by the end of the day. Never did. The next day I DM’d again asking for a follow up, as it was the last day FedEx would hold my package, and Lazy Oaf left my message on seen till the next day, finally saying they sent FedEx an email , however they didn’t respond to the main thread I was in , so who knows if they even sent it. My item was returned to shipper. I notified PayPal of the situation and PayPal was able to refund me with no trouble. What a headache, never buying anything from Lazy Oaf again.

Völlig enttäuschend – nie wieder.
Ich habe pünktlich am 5. Juni zum Release der Monchichi-Kollektion bestellt. Über drei Wochen lang gab es keinerlei Versand oder Information – erst nachdem ich selbst nachgefragt habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass meine Bestellung wegen eines “Systemfehlers” storniert wurde. Eine Rückmeldung von selbst? Fehlanzeige.
Als wäre das nicht schon unprofessionell genug, habe ich durch diese Verzögerung auch die zweite Verkaufsrunde verpasst, weil ich ja dachte, meine Bestellung sei noch auf dem Weg. Und obendrauf fehlen 11 € meiner Rückerstattung – die ich wohl nie sehen werde. Man wird sogar noch beklaut. :)
Kund*innen ohne große Reichweite werden hier offensichtlich zweitklassig behandelt – der Kundenservice ist passiv, langsam und absolut enttäuschend.
Einmal und nie wieder.
I love their clothes and have been buying them for years. However, when they use lettered-sizing (XL, etc.) the sizing is inconsistent. Please ensure the sizes correctly fit the range they are stated to fit.

I bought 2 items and both were amazing quality. The styles are so unique. I love them! Shipping was pretty fast from the UK to USA. Only issue is that they don't restock most items

This was my first purchase from this company & I was very disappointed in the quality especially considering the price point. The stitching on the anorak I ordered was very poor & the replacement one was even worse. Loops of stitches around the focal front pouch plus heavy white stitching randomly distupting the pattern of the anorak. The customer service is incredibly slow & the process of getting the free returns label is unneccesarily complicated. Still havent received my refund 10 days after returning the item either. Very sad about it as I loved the anorak online but the reality was it was really poor quality.

Everything I've ordered from Lazy Oaf has been fantastic! Fun sweaters, adorable bloomers - you name it, it's great. And I very much appreciate the wide range of sizes - yay!
