I was very impressed from the customer service I received whilst shopping at this sneaker shop TRNDS, the staff were friendly and very professional and informative about the sneaker pair I bought. I have been a fan ever since and always remembered their shop when it was in Romford Liberty shopping centre. Well done and keep it up. Five stars from me.

I purchased a pair of Jordan 4s only days before Christmas & I contacted the WhatsApp number & asked if we could ensure delivery by Christmas. They replied immediately & then swiftly sent over my tracking details. The trainers arrived on time & are perfect! Great experience from start to finish especially as these trainers were hard to come by. Grateful for the speedy response & ensuring I was kept up to date, will definitely purchase from here again

Avoid, awful customer service . Following online order had to chase up after a week, not even packed, first was told delivered then told would pack and post on day of chasing up . Only positive actioned refund promptly so son will have to have cash alternative for Christmas now.

I placed an orders for some trainers, but ordered the wrong size! I emailed at 10.30pm to say what I’d done and what size I needed and had a response within minutes. The trainers arrived 2 days later, the correct size!

Ordered the mega evolution pokemon box 36 pack. Not only did I didnt get my bulbasaur bonus, I have to pay for the additional charge as the payment for the shipment wasnt complete! Also took 2 weeks and a half to actually arrive. No reply from customer service as well. Avoid!!!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and yet to receive my order.
TRNDS customer service is slow at best taking days to respond if they even decide to get back to you. No response to emails and several messages through WhatsApp despite them stating they are looking into things. Tracking shows Royal Mail are still waiting on the item. After reading reviews there seems to be a common theme. Something doesn’t seem right. Hopefully they can get their act together.

Will buy again. Was a delay in fast delivery but that was royal mails fault but trendz sorted it asap. They respond quick to emails. Secure and trustworthy.

Getting back to there consumers when they send an email i waited a week and sent another and its now been a bit longer that. Like okay thanks.
Bassically they had a use this code at the top of the Website get this off tried it it didn't work.
Then it pops up sign up and get 10er off.
Guess what didn't work.
The code went through to start with but when I went and paid I realise it popped up with the full price. I double checked and sure enough it went through full price then they dont reply to emails so great service really.

Ordered a Topps Prem League 26 Hobby Box - order was delivered quickly and in great condition! Pulled some unreal cards!!! Definitely worth the price. Will be buying from TRNDS again :)
