Cute clothes, HORRIBLE WEBSITE
I want to love Lazy Oaf so much but THE WEBSITE! I have tried to shop on their website so many times but on both my phone and brand new MacBook, I get constant 'website not responding' messages. It takes forever and ever and ever and ever to load, it freezes, stops responding, then sends me all the way back to the top of the page I'm on and I have to start ALLLLL OVER AGAIN! Lazy Oaf please, I love your clothes so much but it sells out like crazy and the website literally does not work. Help me :(

I love Lazy Oaf! I have many pieces from them now. They always arrive really quickly and well packaged. The items are so well made, dresses I've worn and washed several times are good as new. The communication was good so I new exactly when to expect my parcel. My biggest problem is choosing what to order!

DO NOT BUY LAZY OAF CLOTHING
This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a brand ever. My order was stopped at boarder and I needed an invoice (which was not sent to me after placing the order), I asked for it and the disaster started. Not only the person who were answering my mails was ignoring my begging for the invoice, they were assuring me that they are already solving the issue themselfs, which was of course a lie. After I started to threaten them with authorities (it is illegal not to send an invoice) and started to use not so nice and polite language, I received an invoice. During that time the package was stored at the boarder for several days, I needed to pay a lot of extra money for every of those days. When I asked them to pay for those days, they did not reply at all, so I paid it myself. When I finally received the order, the clothes looked nice, but after first washing it looks like worn for few years or bought secondhand. This was the last time I did order from this cursed brand. Sorry for my bad english, I’m not native speaker.

Hi Martina, thanks for your review.
Apologies for this mix up with the invoice, as we advised you previously the invoices are sent electronically to customs at the time we dispatch the orders and is not something we can usually also send as it's done automatically. As we mention in our help center, customs bills do need to be paid by the customer I'm afraid due to Brexit - any orders coming from the UK to other countries may be subject to a charge depending on your location.
We didn't receive a response from you after our last email, as we did advise we don't respond to abusive language. As we didn't hear back from you, we presumed the matter resolved.
If you're having issues with your clothes that's not something we like to hear, so please message us with some photos of your items so we can look into this!

Returns is a shamble
Ordering was fine
But returns Is awful returned an item 3 weeks ago no communication what so ever been trying to get hold of someone but no reply live chat doesn't work and still no refund!!!
