Die Leggins von Lazuli Label sind die besten die ich jemals fürs gym hatte, und ich kenne fast jede Marke, wenn es um Gym Leggins geht, die gut sitzen.
Abgesehen davon dass mich leider jedesmal Zoll erwartet wenn das Packet ankommt ist der Shop einfach toll.

Eine meiner Hosen ist am scrunch nach drei Monaten komplett gerissen. Ich war sehr enttäuscht und hatte Sorge dass der Kunden Service mir nicht antworten würde oder der Kauf schon zu lange her ist für eine Rückerstattung. Stattdessen hat Gabi von dem Kundenservice mir immer schnell geantwortet, innerhalb weniger Stunden, den vollen Preis zurück erstattet ( sogar die Versandkosten) und zusätzlich mir einen 15% rabattcode zukommen lassen, als Entschädigung. Zudem sind die Mails selbst geschrieben, nicht so wie bei anderen Marken wo die Kunden Mails meist gar nicht erst gelesen werden und man abgefertigte Mails bekommt.

Ich werde meinen Freunden die Marke weiterempfehlen!

Gabi was amazing and super helpful. I recieved a product with a slight fault, and Gabi helped me, provided with excellent customer care and shipped an exact same brand new item for the replacement. Now I would love to order more of the brand for the great customer service and good quality of workout sets. I go to the gym 5 x a week and it is important for me to invest in high quality products. The item arrived within a week of order from UK (to Switzerland). Unfortunately the fit of the scrunch shorts was not flattering on me. The ribbed part of the thighs was way too low (it should be right underneath the butt cheeks). I don't know if it was because I ordered a XL? I realized I should have ordered a L. The fabric was very nice and soft. When I returned the order I didn't get a refund so I contacted customer service. Peter immediately issued a refund. I will order again next time but size down and hope it will fit.
