2 Weeks: Ghosted, No Shipping Info & No Goods

I placed an order with the brand on 01/02, which is over two weeks ago today, for the amount of €443.89.

I have not received any email with tracking or shipping information nor have I received my goods, although their website claims that for countries falling into the “Europe 2” band that the delivery happens within 4-8 working days.

I have tried to reach their customer support services on their “contact” and “customer service” addresses on 3 occasions on the following dates:
• 16/02
•11/02
•09/02

There has been absolutely no response from their team, neither in response to the email thread I have started nor on a separate email. I have checked both my inbox and spam folders and yet nothing is to be found.

If they do not respond in the coming week, I will be escalating this to my bank and the European Consumer Protection Authorities.

To say this is unprofessional is to say nothing.

No items, no response

I have placed an order with Lazuli and not received my item. When placing the order it said I was entitled to free shipment (based on amount spent) which was not applied at checkout. I decided to proceed anyway as I loved the images and paid 3-4 day delivery expectation with Royal Mail. It’s 10 days later and I still have not received my order. I have contacted customer services twice and had no reply yet. I have checked my spam and inbox, but nothing. The order says unfulfilled on the system and waiting for further details on ‘shop’. At this point I’m starting to think Lazuli has just taken my money.

Not a very nice experience talking with the CEO Sarah tbh.. seemed very distant and more focused on her lunch rather than answering my question regarding their payment options when i wanted to buy something... not gonna buy from here

First order

I recently placed an order for leggings and realised after placing the order that my address was listed incorrectly on the package. I reached out and got in touch with Gabi, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though the original package hadn’t yet made it back to their warehouse, she went ahead and sent me a new one with the correct address. Amazing customer service! I was wearing the brown seamless leggings to the gym yesterday and I absolutely love them! The material is super comfortable, flattering, and great quality. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future!

Stay loyal to Lazuli

I’ve been loyal to Lazuli from the very beginning. The activewear is unbelievable and I’ve never had to return anything. I have so many of my friends buying Lazuli now because it’s so flattering. The customer service has been great when I needed to use it for a stolen parcel. They really looked after me and ensured a replacement was sent out ASAP. Gabi was super helpful so thank you!

Good Customer Service

I had an issue with my package getting lost in shipment, but the customer service team was very responsive and helpful—especially Gabi. They went above and beyond by sending me two new items with express delivery, even though I originally bought mine on sale. The replacements were at the original price, which I really appreciated. Not the best incident but great response.

Took my money and I never seen my order


Hi there
I have ordered in December and because your company put the wrong address I haven’t received my order or a refund! I have already paid for the shipping + import tax to Denmark and it's your company fault. Please ship the order to be as soon as possible as I have been waiting for it since December!
I have been sending numerous emails and no response!

Gabi is very helpful!

I spoke to Gabi with the customer service team and she was so helpful! I emailed with a query and she was very understanding and has a great solution to the issue. Would absolutely encourage others to shop with Lazuli and know that the customer service team would be so helpful!

Fab customer service!

I have worn these leggings for years and never had an issue, unfortunately i received a faulty pair that laddered after one use and after emailing the customer service team they were extremely helpful and sorted out the issue immediately and offered alternative options due to the product being out of stock! Gabi was very understanding and made it so easy sorting the situation. Will be ordering again in the future!

So disappointed 😢 bought some bits I had wanted for ages to only be told 3 weeks later they were not available and I was getting a refund. Why take my money and make me wait that long ?

Ordered was amended without hassle

I ordered the wrong sizes and chanced my arm asking if i could swap them, Gabi amended the order for me before it was dispatched, such a life saver! Usually places don’t do it after the order has been placed, so pleased with the customer service!! Super quick in replying too

Det var toldgebyret værd

Hvis man er fra Danmark kommer der et importgrbyr på 300 kr, så man skal være sikker på, hvilke størrelser man bruger. Leveringen varede 1 uge, da den skulle igennem tolden. Når det så er sagt, så er jeg meget tilfreds med selve produkterne. Leggingsne sidder så flot bagpå, bedre en de fleste andre mærker og sports bh'en er super fin. Så man kan godt sige, at det var toldgebyret værd.
