Staff are all very helpful in branch and in the yard. Services are always good and price on building materials are all reasonable.

Michael-Dean-Max-and team operate in an extremely professional and first class Manor.
We are an Oxford based building company working on a project in New Malden for the first time with no previous experience of working with the Lawsons group due to the level of service we receivedwe will most definitely be using them again in the future.

Price I paid for last pva was dearer than advertised by £3, cashier acknowledged but unable to change - frustrating

Lawsons are great for all your building, garden and and outdoor materials needs.
I usually purchase all my fencing materials from Lawsons and have them delivered. Always quick to respond and they have always delivered on the days I have requested. Very competitive prices too!

Good friendly staff

2nd time of visiting Lawsons in New Malden and the level of service received again was outstanding. Always met with a warm greeting from the receptionist and the yard worker’s who went out of there way to find an item that was in stock but not in the correct place. Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful and made it a pleasure to shop with you, the office staff were so good this morning when I called to check my delivery time, and when the two drivers came with the delivery they helped put the fencing supplies in the front garden fantastic service

went in to for some help in buying some wood asked the person on the counter how much the wood ( 2 types ) was spending £100 ( maybe not lot money ) he seemed off handed in giving me the cost like it was a hard job when I said ok of can I buy the following told me to go out into the yard and speak with someone
saw 1 person I did not even say any think to him he just shouted " your have to wait got lot people to serve "

Delivery was due by lunchtime on a Wednesday. I had this confirmed the previous working day saying that my order was loaded on the lorry and ready for AM delivery.
It got to 3 pm on the day of delivery and no show, I called them and discovered that the order was still not loaded and would t be with me until the Friday.
Someone somewhere was not telling me the whole truth so I’m left a bit disappointed and having to have a difficult conversation with my customer.

Good product availability, very nice and helpful staff. Very nicely set out in the yard
