Ordered some patio tiles online
Ordered some patio tiles online, but due to a technical error the order was deleted without me knowing. I contacted the local branch, New Malden, when the tiles didn't arrive and Ian Paget was absolutely fantastic in resolving the issue! He rang around multiple branches to find enough tiles within the same batch and got them delivered for me the next day, ensuring my builders weren't hanging around aimlessly! Best customer service EVER + Thank you Ian Pager, you are a legend!

Decorative stones
The guy I spoke to on the phone was helpful, and we agreed a suitable morning for delivery. I never did get a message of any kind to confirm this, but when the agreed morning came, the delivery took place. The delivery man was friendly and helpful.

We take the behaviour of our drivers towards both customers and the public very seriously and do not tolerate inappropriate or disrespectful conduct. We will investigate the concerns raised and speak with those involved.
Regarding the road being blocked, there are occasions where, due to site constraints, a vehicle may need to stop temporarily while unloading. However, we always expect our drivers to remain courteous and professional at all times.

Delivery was on time, excellent driver , materials placed where required.

I put in an order for fencing…
I put in an order for fencing materials. The first order 3 items were wrong (board length, rail length, bolts with no nuts). A second delivery replaced 1 wrong item, the others were wrong again.
Numerous calls to the New Malden branch, and 4 promised deliveries never happened. Hopeless customer service. Look elsewhere for your supplies.
