Refused to pay winnings

I feel numb reading previous reviews. I’ve just had my account closed and my winnings of £3600 confiscated for the exact reasons listed here on previous reviews: “covered more than 24 numbers of the possible 37 when playing roulette”. This is insane. How are they getting away with this? Anytime someone wins on roulette they claim we cheat by creating an unfair advantage? I can’t believe they’ve used the same reasoning to deny so many players their winnings. Like others, I’ve escalated my request to an ADR, but if this fails, I’ll report them to the Gambling Commission. They can’t get away with this. I urge you to do the same if you’ve had a similar experience.

If I could give them a zero I would. I got a free $20 bonus. Well I was playing Wildfire 7 and I hit the jackpot for 1015. Well I look at the rules and it said I could only withdraw one hundred and fifty. Which sucks. So I was playing and all of the sudden I only had 115. So I decided I would cash it out only to find out I can't withdraw less then 150. So they made sure I couldn't have any of it.

Most unproductive site on the net the withdrawals take forever and trying to get in touch with a humans being is long.
It states that they typically reply in a few minutes but 2hours and 15 minutes later and I’m still waiting.
Very quick to rinse you of your money big spends very little return.

Withdrawals constantly pending and not paid

Started of fine. Withdrawals were paid within a day or two. Very quickly the withdrawal time started taking 3 - 5 days. I currently have multiple withdrawals pending, which are over 6 days now and no response when the withdrawals will be approved from the live chat or emails to customer support. Starting to think they won't pay and its a scam. Its not as if I'm in profit, I'm down overall since joining.

I cannot comment on your individual case but, for example, game play that constitutes covering too many numbers is always banned across all casinos. Hi Yama, Las Vegas Casino is a legitimate company with rights to the brand name and is fully licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC). If we refused to pay out correct winnings we would have lost our license long ago but we have never had any licensing issues. Not covering numbers is not allowed on casinos as otherwise the customer would have an unfair advantage and everyone would do it.

Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace, should not be allowed to be online.
They verified my account, have not honoured my withdrawals but still took further deposits after the withdrawal requests . Then informed me that my account is suspended, for no specific reason.
They owe me over £2000 and are not paying it. This was not achieved by bonuses but by ordinary staking and winning.

However, these checks are put in place to protect you, the customer, as we do sadly have cases where IDs are stolen and fraudsters try to use stolen cards etc to deposit on our site. Atrocious

Atrocious. Deposited a significant amount but when I made a withdrawal, they asked for verification docs which I provided and verified. Waited for a further 4 days and still, my withdrawal was on pending status. Went on their live chat which was of no help. I sent 3 emails to their support and security and they have not even bothered to reply. Guys, avoid this micky mouse casino.
