Closed my account but won’t return my money. I can’t access the account as it’s closed but had over £1200 that I still haven’t got. When I email I get a reply every 24 hours asking for something else which I do, wait another 24 hours for a reply and so on.
Scam site avoid at all costs

I’ve deposited £300, withdraw £200 with no problem.then deposited £50 3 times won £350 and now they have asked for verification so sent bank statement and passport that have been excepted on other sites but they have refused them 5 times but took them a few days to tell me. On the site it says passed but waiting for a manual inspection tahr can take 72 hours. Now they have put the money back in credit and took it out of withdraw. This site is completely useless but I’m not going to give up. Do not join this site!!!

Tried to withdraw my money after winning and they locked my account until I gave a statement with the deposit transaction on it, this couldn’t be done until about 5 days after as that was when my statement was generated with my address on it from the bank. During this time I missed my free spins offer and have been trying to get it back since with no one helping me from customer service

More over on my 4th playing time responsible gaming team sent me email that I played too long and made couple deposits at the same day and I should take action how to play responsibly about how many hours a day I can play .. Took over a week to verify me, and after verification (clear that passport had been used), still refused to open my account again and let me withdraw

I persistently sent emails every hour (4-5) on day 7, to which I got a reply saying that this method is not advised as it would take longer to verify me, but I was finally verified after the 4th/5th was sent and they sent a reply. To me, this was them realising that they could no longer withhold any of my winnings and would have to pay me, which then eventually did.

Their next attempt to restrict me was to say I was using 3rd party deposit and withdrawal methods, which is incorrect, as I was using my bank account and nothing else. This was sent in an email to me after I had withdrawn my funds. I said to them this is why their system is of poor quality (putting it politely) and that I had closed my account due to the awful service I received.

- Over a week to be verified when wanting to withdraw
- Withdrawal says instant - over 4 hours per withdrawal
- Brag about awards from 2017 - won nothing since and will not the way they carry on
- "Police themselves" with supposed red tape and quote gaming rules and regulations that are false

this one disgusting site the quicker it goes under the better. same issue as other people taking money out ID required but my mother is 82 and her passport had run out and she won't be getting another.

An absolute joke of a company, I have tried multiple times to get my balance withdrawn , I spent over £3500 without being asked to verify my account, I tried to withdraw £360 they then asked me to verify the account. Unfortunately my passport is 7 months out of date so they wouldn't except it as a form of id.... I emailed there verification team and agreed that I could use it if I provided a photo of me holding it and showing my body from waist up etc etc I provided them with everything they asked for, and then they closed my account so I can co longer contact them via live chat and I have got completely ignored no matter how many times I try to contact them.

I have now been told that the threshold for verification is when you spend £2000, so I spent over £1500 more before being asked to verify it!!!
