Nikki, Jill and the Team were exceptional. We sold a house during Covid and they managed the whole process in a professional and supportive manner. What could have been very stressful was made easier by their proactive approach. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Most house sales have their ups and downs, but ours was particularly bumpy. Without the guiding hand of Langford Rae we would have been lost for sure. We moved during lockdown and fortunately Langford Rae introduced us to a solicitor that was working full time throughout the pandemic. We had many hurdles to jump before we finally moved and Langford Rae held our hand throughout. Moving is like childbirth, you forget how painful it was last time. Initially we tried to rent the apartment and Langford Rae worked tirelessly to find us tenants but there did seem to be any tenants due primarily to the COVID crisis.

We then decided to sell the apartment and Neil and James quickly found us prospective buyers.

After we had received an offer, Langford Rae were able to advice us on getting a lawyer and on the selling process. With their help we were able to complete the sale in under 8 weeks!

The personal and professional service provided by Nikki and the team was a refreshing change from the industry norm and we wouldn't hesitate to use Langford-Rae again.
