I can honestly say Langford Rae in Chelsfield are by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. Ours has not been an easy transaction but their patience and professionalism not to mention the kindness shown by Nicki, Jill and Barbara has been greatly appreciated. We did get there in the end! Neil and his team are extremely professional with the rental process from start to finish, keeping you updated on every stage of the way. I have rented from these guys a few times. If a problem occurs in the flat, they attend to it and put things right in no time at all. A professional company with the personal touch, I would recommend them every time!!

I couldn’t recommend Langford Rae highly enough. They have managed my property for a few years now and always find me good tenants who pay their rent on time and look after the property well. This time round Sarah Jewett handled the property. She oversaw the pre tenancy maintenance work, arranged for the property to be professionally cleaned, conducted viewings, referenced my tenants, prepared the tenancy agreement and ensured everything went smoothly and to plan.

Langford Rae Property Agents took on the task of finding tenants for my property. They were super efficient taking all the stress away from me allowing me to carry on with my day to day business only involving me when I needed to choose which tenant I would prefer after they had all been approved. All utilities and council tax dealt with too, along with Landlords deposit. Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend this company.

I was most impressed with the service provided. Having signed the contract on the Wednesday, they arranged for an EPC together with photos and measurements during the next two days. I received and accepted an offer on the following Monday. I received regular progress reports through to completion of the sale.
